Who Told You That - "Can I Trust God?" Oct 21, 2026
    Show notes

Can God really be trusted when life doesn't make sense? When the future is uncertain? Or when our circumstances seem completely out of control?

In our conversation we talk about the lies we believe about God and the doubts that cause us to question His Word, His sovereignty, and His faithfulness.

We challenge ourselves to remember that the answer to the lies we believe isn't found in trying harder or becoming stronger.

    It's found in Jesus.

The One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

The enemy wants us to believe lies about God. Jesus came to reveal the truth about God. He is the GOOD NEWS we need most!

So when you ask yourself, “Who told me that…?”, if it’s not from God, it’s not for you.

Hope for Today - God Sees You Oct 19, 2026
    Show notes

    Have you ever felt unseen?

Not always in an obvious way…

but in the quiet places, where you’re carrying something heavy, waiting on God, or wondering if anyone truly understands what you’re walking through.

In today’s Hope for Today episode, we look at the story of Hagar in Genesis and the story of Hannah in 1 Samuel.

    Two different stories.

    Two different seasons.

    The same faithful God.

And through their stories we’re reminded that the greatest evidence that God sees us…

is that He gave us Jesus.

If you’ve been feeling overlooked, unseen, or you’re quietly hurting…this episode is for you.

    You are seen.

    You are known.

    You are deeply loved.

God has not left you and He is still writing a beautiful story through your life.

Chapter 17 – The Hidden Life of the Grain of Wheat

In Chapter 17 of All Things New by Jessie Penn-Lewis, titled “The Hidden Life of the Grain of Wheat,” we are invited to see the quiet, unseen life that comes after surrender.

Jessie helps us understand that the most fruitful life is often rooted in what is hidden with Christ in God. Before there is visible growth, there is an inward work of life, strength, and transformation. Who Told You That? - "Is God Really Good?" Oct 14, 2026
    Show notes

Have you ever wondered if God has forgotten you? If He's withholding something good? Or if He really cares about what you're going through?

In our conversation today we talk about the lies we believe about God that go all the way back to Genesis, where the enemy first caused humanity to question God's Word, His goodness, and His intentions.

Through some very powerful biblical stories and our own wrestling with God we'll look at what Scripture actually tells us about God's character. And we'll discover a powerful connection between the very first lie in the garden and the greatest demonstration of God's love at the cross.

What we believe about God is the most important thing about us so it’s vital that we identify the lies and replace them with the truth.

Hope for Today - You Can Let It Go Oct 12, 2026
    Show notes

You don’t have to carry it all.

When you’ve walked through heartbreak, it can feel like the weight never really leaves. You learn to carry it… to brace for what might come next… to expect the hurt before it even happens.

But what if that’s not how you were meant to live?

This episode is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to hold onto everything you’ve been carrying.

    You can let it go.

    Little by little.

    Day by day.

And you don’t have to do it alone.

God is with you and for you and He will carry what you were never meant to carry in the first place.

    IM Christian Classics - All Things New - Chapter 16 - The Buried Seed-Grain Oct 11, 2026

    Chapter 16 – The Buried Seed-Grain

In Chapter 16 of All Things New by Jessie Penn-Lewis, titled “The Buried Seed-Grain,” we are invited to consider the hidden places where God often does His deepest work.

Jessie reminds us that burial can feel like loss, silence, or being unseen, yet in the hands of God it becomes the place where new life begins. The buried seed-grain teaches us that fruitfulness is often formed away from public view, where the believer learns to trust the Lord in stillness, surrender, and faith.

May this episode strengthen your heart in hidden seasons and help you receive the life God is quietly bringing forth — immeasurably more.

IM Christian Classics - All Things New - Chapter 15 - The Story of the Seed-Grain Oct 10, 2026

Chapter 15 – The Story of the Seed-Grain

In Chapter 15 of All Things New by Jessie Penn-Lewis, titled “The Story of the Seed-Grain,” we are invited to look more closely at the life that is released through surrender.

Jessie helps us understand that the seed-grain does not produce fruit by preserving itself, but by giving itself up to the process appointed by God. The life within it is multiplied only as it is yielded. This chapter reminds us that the way of Christ is not self-preservation, but trust, surrender, and the bringing forth of His life through us.

May this episode encourage you to yield more fully to the Lord’s purpose and receive His multiplying life — immeasurably more.

Who Told You That? - "What if..." Oct 07, 2026
    Show notes

    What if…?

    What if something goes wrong?
What if things don’t work out?
What if I make the wrong decision?
What if the thing I’m afraid of actually happens?

We all have “what ifs.” And if we’re not careful, they can take us places God never asked us to go…into tomorrow, into imagined circumstances, and into fear.

In Episode 2 of our Who Told You That? Series, we’re talking about the questions we ask ourselves over and over again and the fear that can grow when we start treating possibilities like promises.

But what if, instead of letting the unknown control us, we asked a different question:

Who told you that you need to know what’s going to happen in order to trust God?

We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know the One who holds tomorrow. And whatever comes, God will already be there. He will give us what we need when we need it.

We don’t have to live in the “what if.”

We can trust the One who holds this moment and every detail of our lives in His powerful, loving hands.
