005: Managing Your Mental and Physical Clutter - Part 2 Jan 25, 2022
    Show notes

Mental clutter and physical clutter are often directly related. I don't know about you, but in my ideal world, I would love tackling one project at a time and seeing it through before starting on the next. But that's just not how I function! If you are anything like me, it can be such a rollercoaster trying to handle all of the details and track multiple projects at one time. In this episode, I talk through the perfect worksheet I've created for myself that I want to share with you! It helps me track every last detail for each project, no matter when I plan to start or finish it.

004: Managing Your Mental and Physical Clutter - Part 1 Jan 18, 2022
    Show notes

Mental clutter and physical clutter are often directly related. In this episode, I call out how the process of working through the items on your mental to-do list can lead to the need for managing more physical items, which, for me, is overwhelming. Listen in to hear how I use Evernote to track the physical items that haven't been used yet so that I don't forget about them, ultimately adding more to my physical clutter!

Part 2 will cover this same concept for people who prefer pen and paper. Stay tuned for next week when it releases on 1/25!

    003: Setting Yearly Goals for Accountability - Part 2 Jan 11, 2022
    Show notes

The previous episode was reviewing the goals I set for 2021, but now it's time to move on to the new year: 2022! I have chosen to set 12 goals for 2022, fully aware that I will not finish the year with 12 goals completed. But that is okay! The Heartward Project is all about recognizing how much time has passed at the start of each month to keep me accountable for forward progress, whether big or small! Tune in to hear what I hope my year will look like and the word of the year I've decided for myself!

Setting goals for the year can be a great form of personal accountability. Reviewing your progress at the end of the year helps you celebrate the victories and see if your unfinished goals are no longer aligned with your Master List of dreams to bring to life. In part 1 of this two-part series, Taryn will review and reflect back on the 21 goals she set for 2021 and assess how well she did.

    Show notes

Welcome to The Heartward Project's podcast! I started The Heartward Project a few years ago as a movement to encourage others to go in the direction of their heart. I wanted to see more people taking action on chasing after whatever it is that their heart desires! But what happens when life makes you feel burnt out and completely overwhelmed? That's where I'm at, too. I created this podcast to find a community that can join together in encouraging others to keep going. This podcast will be filled with little nuggets of wisdom that can help us move forward. If you're into that, subscribe to the show and let me know how I can support you on this journey. Now, Be Heartward!
