Characters are VERY welcome in our games today as Dan, Ian, and Colin square off for trivia all revolving around overlapping personalities.

In round one, we bring back "The Mirror Has Three Faces" for a game where they name the iconic character from three actors who have all played them.

Then, in round two, we change it up a bit by merging famous movie quotes said by the same actor in different roles. All this, plus the lightning round!

    S04.E03: The Clothes Lineup Jun 21, 2021
    Show notes

This week, we kick off a new division with Susan, Laura, and Stephen! A surprisingly intimidating karaoke party in "My Champion" leads to an awful lot of fanfare for round one where players guess movie production companies from just the sound of their logos.

Then, we'll keep the sequence going with "The Clothes Lineups" where contestants add one more name to those BLANK & BLANK & BLANK etc. shirts.

And of course, it all gets decided in the lightning round.

Things are absolutely wretched in the BEST way on this week's episode. Liz, Dave, and Matt get down with their bad selves for the most reviled characters and content.

Round one will quiz them on the deaths of famous witches throughout pop culture, before round two goes deep on the taglines for winners of the Golden Raspberry Awards (aka the Razzies).

The only non-dreadful thing about this episode is the players themselves!

We've arrived at out third season finale! This week, our three divisional victors Kate, Mike, and Randy will all square off to become the next super mondo champion of champions.

The game kicks off with a special round of My Champion that recalls another notable third season finale, before round one quizzes our players on movies that mash up characters from all kinds of other properties.

The mashing up gets even brainier in round two when players name the family sitcom based on information about other characters played by those same actors. Related follow ups take our players in even more different directions, so breadth of knowledge is key for this episode.

And in true Great American Pop Culture Quiz Show Fashion, it all comes down to the lightning round to truly determine the winner.

Small changes make big differences on this week's episode. The season three playoffs continue with a tense match to decide the winner of the Appellate Division. After Randy, Trip, and Will undertake a high society dinner challenge for their champions, round one asks them to name movies and TV shows whose titles have had one letter changed.

In round two, we'll take a different tack to alter some movies by describing their plots in reverse. Can the players think backwards to come up with the answers?

Then, we'll pull a temporal pincer movement to resume forward motion in the lightning round, where the next player in the season three championship will be decided.
