Today we'll be talking to Ryan who is a Family N.P. He's currently working full-time in a primary care clinic, he wants to start his own practice focusing on men's health and eventually grow it into a more generalized practice. He needs assistance with the initial steps of opening a practice and how to market it effectively.
On this episode we talk about a very important topic, being afraid of investing in your business it's an unfounded fear, there's no other investment out there that will yield the same returns as opening your own practice, following the N.P model and working hard and smart on your business has the best return on investment, you have to trust and invest on yourself.
In today's episode, we'll be talking to Tammy and Becky who are both NPs, Becky and Tammy partnered up about four and a half years ago and started their own Practice as a side business where they offer weight-loss, sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, peptides and general wellness services. The practice has grown a lot during the past year and they're needing assistance with navigating the next phase of their business.
In this episode, we have another great example of the Elite NP model, Tammy and Becky followed the principles by starting a low overhead, part-time practice while maintaining their jobs, avoiding falling into debt, and then going full-time into their practice once their business was proven. They went from five to a hundred thousand in monthly revenue in a year showing us the power of going in full-time into your practice.
Today we'll be talking to Haley, a Pediatric NP. She's currently working at a private practice focusing on Pediatric Functional and Integrative Medicine. Haley is getting ready to open her own Pediatric Functional Medicine Telemed Practice that she eventually wants to transition into a brick-and-mortar practice. She's needing help narrowing down her focus.
In this episode, we talk about how narrowing down on a very specific demographic is a key element for a telemed's practice success. Having a very specific niche allows for easier marketing and faster growth. Don't be afraid to be very niched; niches are the path to riches.
Today we'll be talking to Robert, who is a Family NP, he's currently working at a rheumatology clinic full time but is looking to start his own business, starting it as a side business at first. Robert's not sure what type of practice to start and needs help figuring out what services would be best to offer and how to get his practice going.

In the episode, we talk about the practice's success and how Amanda was able to double her income in the last year.
