I want to share a thought with you today from some reading I've been doing in Tony Robbins new book LIFEFORCE. This is some powerful stuff.
I have realized in life that we all default back to what Tony would a "habitaual emotional state". This means that many of us are typically in an emotional state of some kind...angry, stressed, happy, or whatever. In other words, we all know people that are "typically" a certain emotional way.
Tony gives some amazing advice on how to change that emotional state that you normally default to. If our outside world is a totall reglection of our inner world, and our inner world is made of our "typical emotional state"....then how do we change that state.
Well I want to talk to you about 3 core decisions that we ALREADY make each and every day...and how to make the decisions that will create yoru BEST LIFE POSSIBLE.
