The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly session on Workplace Racism. This program is exclusively focused on problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who have discovered the best way to reduce problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remain free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other assortment of problems we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should make sure to dial in and share the particulars. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to share their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. Cathy Dang visits The Context of White Supremacy. As the Executive Director of Committee Against Anti-Asian Violence (CAAAV), Ms. Dang has lead campaigns for just living and working conditions in immigrant and communities of color for nearly ten years. She has dedicated years of her life to community organizing in immigrant communities. Ms. Dang and CAAAV have been deeply involved with the 2014 shooting death of Akai Gurley. The unarmed black male was shot and killed by a Chinese-American NYPD officer, Peter Liang. Earlier this year, Liang was convicted of manslaughter, but was not sentenced to jail time. Thousands of Asian Americans across the country launched massive protests in support of Peter Liang, suggesting that he was being scapegoated and was also a victim. Ms. Dang has consistently asserted that Liang should be held accountable for killing a US citizen. The Context of White Supremacy welcomes Christopher Clark live from South Africa. A self-professed "journalist, writer and wanderer," Clark is a White man who's had artcles published at CNN, World Travel Guide, Business Day, and The Huffington Post. He recently authored a blog titled: "I'm a racist, but I'm trying my best to amend for that." Clark's focus is the recent wrangling involving Matthew Theunissen, this White man posted a racist eruption on social media, but protested being branded a Racist. Clark submits that this is standard White behavior - a total refusal to admit that being Racist in spite of having White Supremacist beliefs and/or engaging in White Supremacist behavior. We'll ask Mr. Clark about specific ways he has practiced Racism. We'll also get his views on the 20 year anniversary of South Africa's Truth And Reconciliation Commission. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how eeest to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We'll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS The week was flooded with recollections, tributes and distortions of boxing champion and attempted counter-racist Muhammad Ali. Former President Bill Clinton delivered the eulogy at Friday's memorial service - further validating his status as the first black president. Speaking of sexual scandals, Brock Turner, a White convicted rapist and former Stanford student, received a measly six months sentence which provoked a national outrage. No Stanford alumnus has sparked this much commotion since NFL cornerback Richard Sherman. The kerffufle is rather curious because it's standard operating procedure for White people to receive less harsh sentences. In contrast to Mr. Turner, Davonte Sanford, an illiterate black teen who's blind in one eye, was wrongfully convicted of a quadruple murder and sentenced to 37 to 90 years behind bars. Now 23, Sanford was released from prison this week. Speaking of liberation, Hillary Clinton became the first female to win a US presidential nomination for a major political party. She'll square off against GOP candidate Donald J. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 8th study session on Harriet A. Washington's marvelous text, Medical Apartheid: The Dark History Of Medical Experimentation On Black Americans From Colonial Times To Present. Washington's brilliant work exposes deliberate, premeditated exploitation of black bodies under the guise of "science." Washington's research should drastically alter black people's interpretation of the scientific developments of whitefolks - like the "crispr" gene editing technology and DNA tracing websites that stockpile genetic material. Last week's exploration of Eugenics and the Racist contempt for black reproductive rights delivered the most powerful sentences of the book: Ã¢??Within a century, reproductive coercion had taken a 180-degree turn for black women. During slavery, black women had been forced to procreate, but now they were being forced into sterility. The consistent factor was white control.Ã¢?? Washington further explained how the military disproportionately subjected black people to dangerous radiation and examined the urine and feces of black people to learn all they could to maintain White domination. We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS Within days of medical examiners attributing the death of musical genius Prince's to a fatal overdose of painkillers, boxing champion, Vietnam War protester, Muslim and Olympic gold medalist Muhammad Ali (74) was hospitalized in Phoenix, Arizona with grave concern about his condition. These iconic black figures recived far less attention this week than Cincinnati, Ohio's Harambe The Gorilla. The 400 lbs. ape was shot and killed by zoo officials after a 4-year-old black child fell into the gorillas wading area. Throngs of Whites fumed over the decision to sacrifice the ape to safegaurd the child; many are calling for the black mother to be charged with neglect. It's not clear if any of these protesters were as outraged about the shooting deaths of John Crawford III, Tamir Rice, or Timothy Russell and Malissa Williams - all black Ohioans gunned down by enforcement officers. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the 7th study session on Harriet A. Washington's extraordinary text, Medical Apartheid: The Dark History Of Medical Experimentation On Black Americans From Colonial Times To Present. Washington's brilliant work uncovers deliberate, premeditated exploitation of black bodies under the guise of "science." Washington's research should drastically shift how black people process the scientific developments of whitefolks - like the "crispr" gene editing technology and DNA tracing websites that stockpile genetic material. Last week's session offered an impressive assessment of the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. Washington reminded us that Nurse Eunice Rivers is the name most often linked with the study, but she was one of the least powerful, least educated members of the mostly White male staff that orchestrated this punative exercise. Washington also questioned the ultimate purpose of this 40 year exercise. Were Whites using these black males to keep a fresh culture of the virus for further research? In chapter eight, she deconstructs the history of eugenics and the willful effort to control and minimize the birthrate of non-white people. Margaret Sanger was a seminal figure in this movement. Consequently, The Context of White Supremacy won't take a recess to barbecue and watch ball games. Gus T. Renegade dissect the race for the White House and why Donald J. Trump is looking more like Pres. Obama's successor. To clarify the point, We'll re-evaluate Dr. Frances Cress Welsing's clairvoyant analysis on the reconstruction of White Supremacy. We'll also review the growing number of black officials being flogged, reprimanded or verbally chastised for alleged or perceived violations - or downright uppityness. This list includes: Bill Cosby, Marilyn Mosby, Ken Thompson, Justice Clarence Thomas, and President Jacob Zuma, Speaking of set up to fail, from Toronto, Canada to Ferguson, Missouri to San Francisco, California, the new Racist code appears to be to put a black police officer at the front of any department being scrutinized for killing and terrorizing black people.
