The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. The Covid-19 disruptions continue to roil the workplace worldwide. Even the billion dollar international NBA conglomerate is being impacted. Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving still refuses to be vaccinated, and has not been permitted to lace up for his team. A rowdy crowd of supporters protested outside a Nets' home game this week, where some supporters burst through barricades in front of the Barclays Center. Although Irving's turmoil is not equivalent to Muhammad Ali in anyway, he and thousands in the U.S. are facing consequences for not accepting the jab. While Irving receives millions to remain away from his co-workers and teammates, thousands of regular workers have been fired for refusing the Covid-19 vaccine. This has disrupted staffing in numerous fields across the "country." Speaking of the U.S., President Joe Biden's ballyhooed infrastructure plan has been pilloried and whittled to the nub. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the fourth study session on Ernest Tidyman's 1970 novel, SHAFT. Tidyman is a White man. He forged a distinguished journalism career working for The New York Times and Ohio's The Plain Dealer. In the midst of the so called Civil Rights Movement and the unrest of the 1960's, Tidyman decided to concoct a narrative around a black private detective named John SHAFT. This relatively short book sparked fifty years of trashy films and a television program, and mightily influenced the thoughts, speech, action, emotions, and wardrobe of generations of black people. Gus has yet to hear of any black people (including Neely Fuller Jr.) who were aware that the SHAFT franchise is the spawn of a White Man. During the third session, Tidyman has White enforcement officials describe the White mafia killing of several black males. They remark that this had to be the work of a White man because black people are not great thinkers. Repeatedly, Tidyman describes Ben Buford, the only character in the book attempting to counter racism, as some type of insect (non-human). At one point, Ben Buford, SHAFT and Knox Parsons have a brawl over the details of the kidnapping. Tidyman has Buford label SHAFT as a "faggot cocksucker." We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We’ll examine news reports from the past seven days and – hopefully – promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS 4-star U.S. General Colin Powell died this from Covid-19 complications at the age of 84. He was fully vaccinated, however, he was reportedly immunocompromised after battling chest cancer. Powell is recognized as the first black Secretary of State, and advised numerous U.S. presidents. Moments after his death, numerous pundits focused on the "black stain" on Powell's record: his 2003 testimony to the United Nations that alleged there were Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq. Many White and non-white people spoke as if President George W. Bush and other Whites would not have been able to wage war if it were not for Mr. Powell. In addition to supply and labor shortages, more workers are facing the possibility of termination for failure to comply with vaccine mandates. In Seattle, WA reports indicate ferry operators, firefighters and enforcement officials may face looming resignations/firings, for those unwilling to receive the jab. United Airlines also moved to require vaccines for employees. However, the forced resignation of Las Vegas Raiders head coach Jon Gruden, dominated media reports. Gruden was excoriated after the NFL executives released 2011 emails where Gruden disparaged a black executive as ignorant and big-lipped, insulted females and LGBTQ members, and swapped pornographic images with other White people on their business email. Once again, do not ever, for any reason, view or share pornographic content from your work location or using anyone's work related email. The Context of White Supremacy hosts the third study session on Ernest Tidyman's 1970 novel, SHAFT. Tidyman is a White man. He forged a distinguished journalism career working for The New York Times and Ohio's The Plain Dealer. In the midst of the so called Civil Rights Movement and the unrest of the 1960's, Tidyman decided to concoct a narrative around a black private detective named John SHAFT. This relatively short book sparked a half century of trashy films and a television program, and mightily influenced the thoughts, speech, action, emotions, and wardrobe of generations of black people. Gus has yet to hear of any black people who were aware that the SHAFT franchise is the spawn of a White Man. During the second session, Tidyman introduces Knox Parsons, a black criminal who hopes to hire shaft to find his missing daughter. The film portrays the missing black female as quiet and well-behaved. Tidyman describes her as a promiscuous, street-hustler. We're also introduced to Ben Buford, a black male "revolutionary," who seems to be Tidyman's composite of the many attempted counter-racist groups of the 1960's. Buford and his group do drugs, have no weapons, and are easily slaughtered by the White thugs who kidnapped Parsons's daughter. This broadcast is intended to encourage participation from non-white people in different parts of the world and Victims of Racism who are not able to join during the normal broadcast time. UK attention shifted to the murder of Conservative MP Sir David Amess on Friday. White-controlled media outlets immediately classified his murder as an act of terrorism, so-called "Islamic extremism." Amess' killing echoed the 2016 killing of Labour Party lawmaker Jo Kox, who was killed by a White Supremacist. It's "Black History Month" in England. A UK website recognized the occasion with a posting about the work of Dr Frances Cress Welsing. Owensby said the officers treated him like a dog - canines are generally treated substantially better by White people. Across the continent, a black construction worker, Bobby Gayle, was shot repeatedly by a 31-year-old White man who was speeding through the neighborhood. When Gayle asked the White motorist, 31-year-old Michael Hayes, to slow down, he called him a nigger and began firing. In Michigan, Jon Vaughn and others continue protests over the the University of Michigan's aiding and abetting of accused sexual terrorist Dr. Robert E. Anderson, a White Man. He's suspected of molesting approximately 1,000 victims [many of them males] during his tenure at U of M. This week's final heap of black male privilege featured entertainer, Dave Chappelle he was heavily criticized for alleged "transphobic" responses. He forged a distinguished journalism career working for The New York Times and Ohio's The Plain Dealer. In the midst of the so called Civil Rights Movement and the unrest of the 1960's, Tidyman decided to concoct a narrative around a black private detective named John SHAFT. This relatively short book sparked a half century of trashy films and mightily influenced the thoughts, speech, action, emotions, and wardrobe of generations of black people. Most of these victims are clueless that their favorite black action hero is the creation of a White man. During the premier session, Gus and listeners were shocked by Tidyman's vulgarity, homoeroticism and slurs. He routinely employs the word "fag," and has SHAFT pretend to set up a date for homosexual/anti-sexual activity with a "gay" White Man. While speaking with the police, Tidyman places SHAFT in a the "butt-cupping grip" of a steel chair. Similar to Romain Gary's WHITE DOG, the White male author obsessives over the black male physique. Tidyman greatly details the black body of John SHAFT, including scars received while fighting in Vietnam. Tidyman was reportedly unhappy that's SHAFT's veteran status was excised from the movie. When not being ogled by the White Men of New York, SHAFT has sexual intercourse with a White Woman.
