They might fall from the highest building or roll a brand new car but these fellows won't be unknown stuntmen for long. A three way interview with some of the show's most unsung heroes from its first decade who talk fights, frights and falls.

Nominated charities: The Grand Order Of Water Rats and Parkinson's.

    Toby Hadoke's Who's Round: 114: Anthony Calf Apr 01, 2015
    Show notes

One of the country's busiest actors whose contribution to Doctor Who was small but perfectly formed. This enthusiastic and engaging interviewee discusses the role of entertainment in society, how it could be better, and how he was enthused to take part in the arts as a schoolboy. It's a great one this, from an actor who has been at the forefront of the profession for most of his career.

    Charity nomination: Cancer Research

    Toby Hadoke's Who's Round: 113: Tony Millier Mar 02, 2015
    Show notes

One of those stalwart BBC employees whose labours behind-the-scenes of Doctor Who often go unappreciated. This is his first ever interview about a show he worked on with the first four Doctors, making sure that we could hear them. Enjoy his tales of clanking sea forts, wooden planets, and someone called Stavros (but we know who he means)...

    Nominated charity: Diabetes UK

    Toby Hadoke's Who's Round: 112: Rodney Bennett Mar 01, 2015

Another director invites Toby to his home. The one has never done the convention circuit so he's not been interviewed that often before, which make his recollections of playing the monster in rehearsals, coping with an injured leading man and discovering a major star on the last page of Spotlight all the more fascinating.

Nominated charity: Action for Blind People

Enjoying the green, green grass of the Shropshire countryside Toby lunches with someone for whom such verdant surroundings would once have been both terrifying and lethal. Subjects under discussion include impressions, writing and, oh, yes, why only fools and horses work...

    Toby Hadoke's Who's Round: 110: Philip Bird Feb 05, 2015
    Show notes

We've hoiked this forward in the schedule (but only by a month or so) as a special treat for a regular listener. This instalment features a chap who has excelled in TV comedy, onstage Shakespeare and at playing a memorable British TV sci-fi villain. So why on Earth does he say nothing and die at least twice on his brief foray into Doctor Who? When, a not-so-little Bird will tell you all.

    Nominated charity: The Woodland Trust

Two for the price of one today - well, they're still both free, but you know what we mean - with two actors from two Doctor Who stories with different Doctors, but with a much-loved regular character in common..

Nominated charities: Cancer Research and CLIC Sargent for Children with Cancer

Today's guest to Toby's questioning is an actor from both new and classic Doctor Who, where in two stories he's managed to confront the show's two most popular monsters, and be present at one of the best soundtracked moments in the show's history!

    Nominated charity: Kidney Research
