Dr. Sharon Grossman is the author of The 7E Solution to Burnout and an Emotional Intelligence expert. She holds a doctorate degree in Psychology and has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Over the last two decades, she has worked to help improve the health and well-being of high achievers all around the world, who often sacrifice their self-care as a result of work demands.
