    Show notes

This week on Fab Failure Friday's mini - episode part 3, we talk about the Grit Resume and why we need to build it. This is the resume that you'd never show a potential boss. It has all kinds of stuff on it, like times you've been canned, heartbreaks, and instances when you acted like an ass. It's filled with things that you'd never normally want people to know about you...but why you need yo keep adding to it and reflecting on it. We talk about the "Big 4"; the four main factors that will illicit the kind of fear that, if you're not careful, will ultimately lead to default failure. The big 4 of failure for females includes: The danger of gender assignments and roles, the role other females play in our default patterns, what happens when our authenticity is challenged by our need to "fit in" and how our biggest barrier to becoming who we really are is...ourselves.
