    This week Paulina sat down for a chat with Heather Pierantoni. You might recognize that last name; her husband is Victor Pierantoni. Heather is an occupational therapist and coach who helps parents and entrepreneurs unwind nervous system patterns that drive stress, reactivity, and burnout. She emphasizes the importance of co-regulation and has some great tips on how to co-regulate with your kids. We also get into parenting in the digital age and how different cultures view maternal care. Emotional regulation and prioritizing joy are so important, and we hope you learn as much from Heather as we did!

La Estrella was created in partnership with Song for Charlie. Song for Charlie is a family run non-profit that works to educate young people on the risks of pill abuse and the fentanyl epidemic. La Estrella is a bilingual short film rooted in the Latino experience which focuses on the impact of mental health struggles and fake pills in their communities. It’s such a powerful film, and we hope you’ll watch it and share with others.
