Keith is the man who CREATED Blue Moon beer.. yep, that Blue Moon.. and since then, Keith has gone on to retire from Coors with a star-studded resume and launched his new company, Ceria Brewery- Non Alcoholic Beer, infused with THC.
Ceria was created in Arvada Colorado over the last 2+ years with Kieth & his wife. Keith got into the beer world after deciding being a doctor really wasnt his thing... He went on to study "beer" abroad at some foreign brewery college (yep, its real..we googled it) and then came back to CO stunt on his competitors. 30+ years of brewery knowledge, two legit beers that revolutionized the industry..all from the man on the other end of this interview!
In addition to the canna-beer talk, we also talk about Keith's childhood, how he once saved Coors Banquet, and love for Colorado... as well as foreign travels, what you do if you have no work visa in Europe and many things he's learned on his path to being one of the most inventive minds in brewing, in the world. The episode is great for beer snobs, cannabis clowns and everyone in between.
