This week's guest is Bryan Reeves. Bryan is a life and relationship coach who has been featured on countless news outlets and publications. He was a Captain in the US Airforce before life led him into the work he does now.
Bryan primarily focuses on men and men's work. He is the author of "Choose Her Everyday, Or Leave Her" and "Tell the Truth, Let the Peace Fall Where it May: How Authentic Living Creates the Passion, Fulfillment & Love You Seek".
Bryan offers courses and coaching for men and couples via his website, where you can also check out links to his published books https://bryanreeves.com/
And I highly recommend checking him on on social media. I first came across Bryan's work through Instagram https://www.instagram.com/bryanreevesinsight/ via his wife Silvy Khoucasian who is a relationship coach and writer, too.

Rebuilding After Breakdown - Kristi Born, MFT Sep 24, 2021

As promised during Rainier Wylde's episode this Monday, his wife Kristi Born is our special guest this Friday sharing her side and outlook on the experience Rainier spoke about this Monday.
Kristi is a Marriage and Family Therapist based in Portland, Oregon and focuses on couples counseling, family counseling, and individual counseling.
We talk about betrayal, deciphering what part of home we find in a partner (Family of Origin), rebuilding trust after betrayal, trusting your intuition, and redefining forgiveness.
These two episodes are so powerful, because they get deep into betrayal from the perspectives of both the partners in the couple. I am so grateful to Kristi and Rainier for sharing their story with us all.
To learn more about Kristi or to work with her click the link below

It was such a pleasure to have Mr. Rainier Wylde back on for his second Starve the Ego Feed the Soul appearance.
Last Episode Rainier spoke about his infidelity in his marriage and I received many DMs asking me if I could have Rainier back on and perhaps go into how he and his partner Kristi made it through the other end, stronger and more connected than before.
Rainier, agree to share his story with us all and I am deeply thankful for him. His partner Kristi also came on the show and her episode will launch this Friday, too. He also dives into what you can find in his new book, "As You Are".
I believe this is one of the most powerful episodes yet, for a handful of reasons.

Sex, Desire, Intimacy - Jamie Elizabeth Thompson Sep 14, 2021
    Show notes

As mentioned in the beginning of the episode I've launched a donor box campaign where you can contribute to supporting the show and everything that goes into producing it. Follow this link to make a donation
    https://donorbox.org/nico-barraza
Your support goes along way and is much appreciated!
This week we have Holistic Sex and Intimacy Coach Jamie Elizabeth Thompson on the show. Jamie's work was brought to my attention by many friends who work in the mental and/or relational health space and everyone echoed that I had to have her on my show in my search to bring someone on to talk about sex, porn, and intimacy.
First off, here are all the links to Jamie's groups, social and resources she speaks about on the show:
    Website: https://www.jamieelizabeththompson

    Women’s Courses: https://www.awakenedwoman.life

    Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/missjamieelizabeth

    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/holisticsexcoach/
If you are interested in taking one of the 3 stops left in Jamie's upcoming online group, DM her directly via Instagram. This is a group you want to be a part of.
After 15 years serving the field of transformation, and studying modalities from Tantra and sexual arts to Somatic Psychology and embodiment, Natural Law to Neuroscience; Jamie Elizabeth Thompson has developed a holistic body of work to support women, men and couples with letting go of limiting patterns around sex so they can have a fulfilling intimate life and taste their most exquisite erotic expression. She is a radical contributor to the field of Sex Education and pioneering original and lasting solutions for challenges in sex & intimacy.

Jamie is the founder of Awakened Woman, a curriculum and community for women to reconnect with their feminine sensuality and power, and turn on their orgasmic potential. Hundreds of women have taken her group courses and attended her retreats. Fun fact: Jamie teaches lap dancing.
Jamie and I discuss many things, but we primarily focus on three specific topics. The first being porn and its affects on sex, intimacy, and relationships. And the differences in consumption and shame between men and women. We discuss porn addiction and how that manifests and plays a role in our relationship with ourselves and others.
The second topic is Finding Your True Desires. Jamie discusses how many of the gaps in intimacy in a relationship is our disconnection from our true desires, the lack of safe space to express these desires, and/or our own disconnection from being able to communicate our desires to our lovers etc.
The third piece of the discussion is centered around maintaining intimacy and sexual desire in a long term relationship. This is something so many people ask questions around, including myself. And this is the heart of our discussion on this episode.
I hope you all find this valuable!
    Best,
    Nico Barraza
