John Boyega's Response to Obi Wan Kenobi Show Jul 25, 2023

Show notes

Here's what John has to say about the Obi-Wan Kenobi show after being asked in an interview.

I hope he is well and I wish the best for his future projects.

I believe Finn was a really under utilized character in the sequel trilogy. Would have loved to have seen him with a better back story, and the expand more on his force abilities.

Star Wars Community Gets SLAMMED Again for Being Toxic - My Thoughts Jul 25, 2023

Show notes

I believe Star Wars fans are the most passionate fandom on the planet. Yes, they are the hardest to please, but that's because they expect the best, and Disney is tumultuous with that delivery.

Do NOT be swayed by the loud minority of actual toxic Star Wars fans, we all know who they are when we see their comments and tweets, but they don't speak for all of us.

I think it's incorrect to make such a blanket statement saying Star Wars fans are the most toxic of any fandom. I see them as the most passionate of humans. At the end of the day, we are just that, people, with flaws like the characters we idolize, so our ways of handling such a passionate franchise comes with poor handling, which can always be fixed.

(not speaking about the horrible comments sent to actors, that is evident)

I think people are being too hard on him. Maybe he was sleepy that day...

I still believe his Star Wars 'thing' will be great, judging by his previous work on Star Wars.

Reva's ORIGINAL Death Revealed...Why did Lucasfilm Change This Jul 24, 2023

Show notes

The original Reva story had her dying to Darth Vader as a redemption of her character, and pledge to help Obi-Wan. I think I like the original ending better. What do you think? This would also have taken Vader off of Kenobi's trail, leading into star wars a new hope.
