As I stumbled across Wayne Dyer's book, "Your Erroneous Zones: Step-by-Step Advice for Escaping the Trap of Negative Thinking and Taking Control of Your Life" and his concept of "The tyranny of the should", all feelings of frustrations and overwhelm were lifted. No false expectations over here man. You must remind yourself that the process is all worth it at the end of the day.
