Disgusting Treatment In Family Court Of A Veteran And His Children, With James Sisco Dec 28, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back James Sisco to the podcast. He was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 176 and Season 4, Episode 54. This case is tainted with players who need psychological evaluations, such as the Judges, opposing attorney and ex-wife. James is suffering through three years of egregious treatment at the hands of Judge Thomas P. Mann and Judge Penny S. Azcarate. Azcarate incarcerated James for not paying attorney fees to his ex-wife to the tune of $65,000.00 prior to James having not only back surgery and shoulder surgery, a STROKE as well. The extortion continues as well as the emotional and physical STRESS.
The "Psychologist for the children", Mary Lindahl, extorts $195.00 to "review" each Skype call James has had with his children. The Skype calls were taking a toll on James's health, due to the fact his ex-wife CHOOSES to end them when "she feels like it," as evidenced in Jame's TikToks. Like a demon possessed, she will whip that lap top around and away from the kids as she sits there, staring at him for a second or two and then turns off the laptop. But the court approves of this behavior, alienating a good father from his children and who needs to be there FOR HIS CHILDREN.
Other reporters have covered James Sisco's story besides myself. Julie Haskell and Michael Volpe covered segments of this ongoing legal abuse and false accusations from his ex-wife at TAXPAYER EXPENSE.
When will it end? There is a hearing on January 22, 2024, to decide how long the trial will be. James continues to be an advocate even after having a stroke and to be there for others who can't protect themselves. Because that's what a Veteran does. THE RIGHT THING. More to come in the future.

Mr. Posner, Please Pay Up, With Brian Vukadinovich Dec 20, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. he is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13 and 37.
On our show today and he will discuss his pending federal court lawsuit against a very famous judge, Richard A. Posner, formerly of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago where he was on the bench for almost 36 years before he retired in 2017 over disagreements with the other judges about how PRO SE'S were being TREATED in the Seventh Circuit. He read about how Brian represented himself in a five day federal civil rights jury trial in 2016 and how Brian beat a team of corporation lawyers at the five day jury trial where he was awarded more than $200,000 by the jury for the school corporation's violation of his due process rights. When they terminated his employment as a teacher, and in 2018 Posner asked Brian to come work for him in his newly created company "Posner Center for Pro Se's" to help unrepresented litigants and agreed to pay Brian $120,000 a year to serve as the executive director of the Posner Center and to also provide advisory services to Posner in Posner's personal capacity. But Posner REFUSED TO PAY him for his work and Brian had to take him to court for BREACH OF CONTRACT.
Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case. Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury. When Brian tried to submit into evidence a CRUCIAL DOCUMENT that proved that the lawyer committed perjury on his affidavit, the magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, initially didn't want to allow the document into evidence and abruptly adjourned the hearing. EVERYONE was almost on their way out of the courthouse and to the door. Out of nowhere, a U.S. MARSHALL approached him and told him that the judge wanted everybody back in the courtroom. The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury.
HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been NOMINATED to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at. Brian gave us some thoughts about what he thinks about the nomination of Kolar for the U.S. Court of Appeals and gave information about the process involved with federal judge nominations and what takes place before they can be seated on the federal judiciary. What the PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE AWARE of when judges are nominated for judicial positions is VERY IMPORTANT at TAXPAYER EXPENSE.

Why Child Abuse Clearances Should Be Nationwide, With Leon Ives, Author Dec 19, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Leon Ives to the podcast. Leon is an owner and licensed Private Investigator for GBP Consulting, Investigative and Security Services, Inc. Author of, Vanished! How to Protect Yourself and Your Children - From all disappearances as well as sexual and physical assaults.
Leon is retired from the US Army after 10-years active duty and over 13-years in the Army Reserve. Career fields included Military Police (MP), Counterintelligence Agent (Cl/Agent), and Civil Affairs (CA) with assignments to Major Commands and Special Operations Forces (SOF). Active duty units included the 82nd Airborne Division; 197th Infantry Brigade; NATO Headquarters in The Netherlands; The Pentagon; and Defense Nuclear Agency. Reserve assignments included various Cl, MP, and CA units to include the 505th Military Intelligence Battalion (BN) and the 478th CA BN (Foreign Internal Defense/ Unconventional Warfare (FID/UW).
Systems are in place, criminal background checks for a variety of jobs. But, it's interesting that with all these systems that are in place, not everyone is getting a background check.
Leon wrote to North Carolina State about their Criminal background check trying to get clarification of people that come in contact with children and what clearance they need. They wrote back with a one line response. Leon wrote back for more details and received NO RESPONSE.
We discussed The Innocence Project and how frustrating it is in dealing with the government. Parents don't know who is REALLY coaching their children and parents should be vigilant in doing their own background checks. Leon stated, "I do encourage
parents to monitor their children, it's not everyone's responsibility to protect your child, it's not the school or the police's responsibility, it's the parent. That parent is the first line of defense. If you have these situations with who is around your child, or a suspicion, you should be there. Don't drop your kids off at community activities and pick them up in an hour. You need to be there and be their watchdog."

The Money Court In Yonkers, NY, With Jessica Sarfaty Dec 16, 2023

Slam the gavel welcomes Jessica Sarfaty to the podcast. Jessica is a Domestic Violence Survivor and Parental Alienation Victim. She too is battling the Yonkers, NY Family Court system. Her judge is Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber, for Westchester County Family Court in Yonkers in the Ninth Judicial District of New York.
However, Yonkers, New York is known to be called, "City of Hell," for many reasons. As Jessica told her story of perjury and exparte communications with opposing attorneys and AFC (Attorney For Child), David Peck, the whole thing was sketchy from the beginning. The judge disregarded policy and procedure and Jessica asked the judge and the AFC to recuse and they would not. Apparently, David Peck stated her 'son's therapist said her son needed more time away from her.' This was not true as per counselor. That's perjury. When Jessica confronted this bald-face lie, Scattaretico-Naber defended him saying that she has worked with David Peck for over 10-20 years.
There was an order to Show Cause for two months that the judge didn't answer - but she was supposed to answer it in 30 days. What she did do was send it in the evening before trial..... How convenient.
Jessica's son is 18 and alienated from his mother as the father has turned the son against his mother. There was also Custodial Interference involved as well, but everything went unchecked. Yonkers is who can pay the most. It is a MONEY COURT. The verdict goes to the highest bidder.....

Screw With The Family Court And Get Screwed, With Rob Emert Dec 14, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Rob Emert to the podcast. Rob has gone through divorce and family court. He has a 16 1/2 year old son and a daughter. His son would like to live with him, and had, most of his and his sister's lives, However, things changed when DIVORCE happened. Rob believed, like many others that you will be treated FAIRLY in a court of law and the RIGHT THING will be done. But this hasn't been the case for Rob and his family. It has fallen short of a NIGHTMARE of gargantuan proportions.
Suffering an HEART ATTACK to the LAD with one stent two years into "Family Court," Rob almost died. Rob tried a Peremptory Challenge to Judge Patti Ratekin, and she flatly refused. Rob explains that they are profiting off of families that need the help the most and it is all fueled by money, power and greed.
Eloquently Rob told his story and explained the who knows who and how they are intertwined in collusion and his own arrest with his son watching. Rob was sentenced to jail for 90 days and didn't receive all of his heart medications, which is a HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION. Rob has been truly railroaded, and so have his children. But there is more to this story that will leave anyone dumbfounded by the lack of justice and humanity within the family and criminal court systems.

Judge Incarcerates ADA Advocate: You Could Be Next, With Alisha Clark Walker Dec 13, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Alisha Clark Walker to the podcast. Alisha was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 65 and 102. Yesterday, 12-12-2023 in Suffolk County Family Court, NY state, while in a custody hearing our friend, ADA Advocate and Paralegal, James Kelly, was held in Contempt WITHOUT bail by Judge Alfred Graf. Judge Graf then sentenced James Kelly to 30 days in JAIL for recording a case where he was an ADA Advocate for a mother who has suffered Domestic Violence. This happened within the first five minutes into the hearing. He was then arrested, placed in cuffs and taken to JAIL.
This has been the third Contempt without bail INCARCERATION in the last month. Alisha explained that less than 1% of complaints are entertained at the COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT. These COMPLAINTS are SEALED as well, so what is the CJC in NY HIDING? The complaints FALL ON DEAF EARS. They don't like ADA Advocates.
Apparently Judge Alfred Graf has a reputation for Judicial abuse and tyranny. Now, an ADA advocate sits in jail, AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE, for a frivolous reason.

The Broken System: Before It Happens To You, With Carl Roberts Dec 13, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Carl Roberts to the podcast. Carl was last on Season 5, Episode 12. Carl Roberts is Founder of Colorado Resilience and SplitSmart.
Carl is trying to bring solutions into the divorce/family court process where a case shouldn't drag out for years, but only 30 days. There are so many homicides and suicides that are perpetuated by the Family Court system as well as CPS. Carl shared his ideas on the screen (Slam the Gavel YouTube) that contain solutions. In doing presentations, Carl discussed his ideas and solutions and was met with silence. The path to restoration, justice and family healing is what Carl has to offer people that are divorcing and it seems the judiciary/family law doesn't want any part of it. Because of lack of accountability, oversight and transparency the court system is in the state it is in.
For instance here are 3 national judicial organizations. Also, everyone should tag relevant state government departments, agencies and policymakers within each. We need to stop just preaching to the choir and to make sure the policymakers are seeing and hearing our pleas for change. You'll have to research each group/person on each platform to see how you can tag them. IAALS (Institute for Advancement of American Legal System) iaals.du.edu, NCSC (National Center for State Courts) ncsc.org, NCJFCJ (National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges) ncjfcj.org. There are state departments/agencies such as Colorado Department of Human Resources, Colorado Courts and Colorado Governor, Jared Polis.
We discussed how the one problem is people hiding money and the second problem is putting the kids in the middle. It's going to take one judge with the guts and authority to solve this equation. It just takes ONE to make it happen. Family court is a CRAP SHOOT. It all revolves around MONEY. In his next newsletter, Carl has called it Broken Systems, Before It Happens To You.

The Corruption Of Arbitration, With Andrew Milder Dec 11, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes Andrew Milder on to the podcast. Andrew Milder is the Founder of Equal Protection Now. We discussed how "Arbitration," has already turned America into a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, as arbitration has gone completely ROGUE. This POSTER CHILD CASE involving ARBITRATION, Andrew Milder, clearly and shockingly illustrates it step by step.
Gone completely rouge, this POSTER CHILD CASE, including a landmark appeal, is currently pending in the Second District Court of Appeal in Los Angeles, California and it is regarding systemic arbitration fraud and civil rights violations, Milder vs. ADR Services Inc., et al., (B320376). He has already won three reversals in this matter.
Moreover, Andrew has uncovered a smoking gun video of the SYSTEMIC ARBITRATION FRAUD. Andrew describes his unbelievable PROOF of judges throwing cases for arbitration. This case and video will actually help end the current SAG AFTRA strike, Andrew explains.
Andrew is also starting a social justice non-profit organization: Equal Protection Now! to help expose the truth about arbitration, via articles, litigation, podcasts, advocacy and a blockbuster documentary. This has potential to be a Pulitzer Prize winning story. And the mission, of Equal Protection Now!, is to get the FAIR Act enacted. The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act. Andrew has been working on this litigation and advocacy for the FAIR Act, for well over six years.
This pending landmark appeal is, for the most part, regarding judge/arbitral immunity and private contractual rights vs public rights, “unwaivable statutory rights, for the public benefit.” Also, interestingly enough, one of the main cases/authorities in this landmark appeal is an 1871, United States Supreme Court case, Bradly v. Fisher, regarding immunity, this is a case from the murder of president Abraham Lincoln.

Justice Denied By Prosecutor Scott Shellenberger, With Adrienne Miranda And Brian Vukadinovich Dec 09, 2023

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Adrienne Miranda last on the podcast Season 4, Episode 103 and Brian Vukadinovich Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episode 13. We discussed the HOMICIDE case of Adrienne Miranda's son which happened on July 20th, 2006, with Brian Vukadinovich and WHY NOTHING IS BEING DONE. There are 12 Medical Examiners ready to go to this day. However, Prosecutor Scott Shellenberger is calling it "an accident." The Medical Examiners say otherwise.
Adrienne gave a background of her son's murder and how she has tried to get justice for her son and the roadblocks in her path. Brian Vukadinovich offered solutions to her frustrations with the system, one of which is to bring in a Special Prosecutor as there are 24 counties in Maryland and to get the case moved out of that county, out of Shellenberger's hands. A CHANGE OF VENUE IS NEEDED SO DESPERATELY, as there have been other issues Shellenberger has swept under the rug. JUSTICE needs to be brought forth. The time is now.
