Family Court At Taxpayer Expense, "Nobody Helped," With Nichole Jan 22, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Nichole to the podcast. Nichole had been facing domestic violence and stalking for years. There is no accountability in Family Court and it's one LIE after another. She was not able to afford counsel and she was defending herself in Family Court.
One of the factors in Nichole's case was a binding agreement, a prenuptial agreement where the ex was the one who had the prenup drawn up for his own protection, and she would get the marital home mortgage free. However, Judge Theresa Bisenius refused to enter the prenup into evidence and proceeded to give her ex everything he asked for.
Nichole did not file an appeal, as she had only 14 days to move out of the home where she had lived for 14.5 years. For the last 3.5 years, Nichole has had NO MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIP with her children because Judge Bisenius issued a full - reversal of custody back to her ex and a NO CONTACT ORDER.
It took time for the sale of the home, eight months, to get the funds from the sale of the house. She then left the state of Massachusetts as there was less risk of being stalked by her ex.
There was a secondary hearing, at which time the judge ordered supervised visitation. Nichole filed a Motion to Reconsider as the visitation was not affordable and there was nothing warranted to have supervised visits....
There is also questionable Guardian ad Litem transcripts, where there are parts in the transcript that are missing. We discussed this in-depth as this is a continued problem within the Family Court.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Alyse Price Tobler to the podcast. Dr. Alyse spoke a little about her background story of SEVERE Parental Alienation and what she has studied in 'two study' her Ph.D.
Dr. Alyse read into her thesis, which explained what severe levels of Parental Alienation look like versus MILD or MODERATE. She then talked about the PATHOLOGY of an alienating parent (as well as step-parents and grandparents), the lack of treatment protocols and the struggles mental health practitioners often face when dealing in a toxic family court/private practice with children and adult child survivors of SEVERE Parental Alienation.
We talked about what Mental Health Practioner challenges are when facing working in Family Court, their competency levels and lack of a code of practice standards with Parental Alienation, Mental Health Practioner and vicarious trauma and consequent mental and physical health challenges as well as current lack of professional clinical supervision and last, Mental health practitioner lack of a current treatment protocol from which to follow.
Much of her research is very shocking to hear for some listeners/viewers as it is about SEVERE levels of child abuse and SPA. Many people will never have heard a lot of her material before, as Dr. Alyse discussed three topics as she herself is an adult child of SEVERE Parental Alienation, an academic researcher and specialist in SPA Mental Health Practitioner. How Interrogation Rooms Are Similar To CPS Involvement, With Laurie Reynolds Jan 17, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Laurie Reynolds back to the podcast. She was last on the podcast November 13, 2023, Season5, Episode 26. Laurie had began experiencing domestic violence shortly after she married.
Mental Health and Judicial Betrayal was an issue as we talked about and how this will affect parents and generations of children. Laurie is also finishing up with her Master's Degree in Science, which we discussed her paper on mental health and judicial betrayal. Also Laurie talked about how criminals go into an interrogation and don't speak, and parents should also do the same when CPS knocks on their door. Laurie stated that, "parents should ask the caseworker for their business card, information on the accusation made and let them know that they will be speaking to their attorney and ALWAYS RECORD, because CPS caseworkers are trained to psychologically manipulate." Laurie described her experience with CPS in comparison with the chemo treatments she suffered through for three years as a child, stating, "she would rather have cancer than deal with CPS again." TRIGGER WARNING: The Ponzi Scheme Of Family Court, What Every Parent Should Know, With Mary Trudel Jan 15, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Mary Trudel to the podcast to share her story of SA at the age of 15, which resulted in her son with Down Syndrome was born. However, five New York State Judges, the Elmira police and DA refused to prosecute the individual who raped her in 1995, because he and his family are NYS Corrections Officers. The judge gave her Down Syndrome baby boy, who she walked him through two years of chemo after being diagnosed with leukemia. This individual then gave her son to his sister who collected SSI checks and locked away Mary's son in his room, like a prisoner.

James Griffin Falsely Accused, Imprisoned For 20 Years On A Crime He Did Not Commit AND Was THREE HOURS AWAY FROM THE SCENE OF THE CRIME, With Lauren Griffin And Kelly Patton Jan 14, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes James Griffin, Lauren Griffin and Kelly Patton who was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 124, 146, 151. James Griffin spoke from El Dorado Prison, Kansas along with his wife Lauren. James Griffin has been imprisoned for the last 20 years on a crime HE DID NOT COMMIT. Police came to his home on January 15th, 2004 and arrested him and James didn't even know the restaurant or the area. His charges were: attempted murder in the 2nd degree intentional, attempted aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. Apparently, there was a robbery at a Topeka, Kansas restaurant (with no cameras), FOR THE THIRD TIME, where a person entered wearing dark clothing and shot the owner. There was a vehicle waiting that was similar to a vehicle James owned, but witnesses couldn't identify the vehicle, the color of the vehicle or the driver. The prosecutor, Robert Hicks took the description of the shooter and focused on that with the witnesses and not the driver. However, James was three hours away visiting with his mother and this is verified by cell phone records. A man CAN'T BE IN TWO PLACES AT THE SAME TIME. But the witness's stated he sounded, "BLACK." One of the witnesses 10 years later, on March 15th, 2013, later recanted his statement.
There was no DUE PROCESS, no VOICE ANALYSIS, NO CAMERAS, NO TIRE ANALYSIS and NO FORENSICS DONE ON ANYTHING. His attorney didn't let him speak AT ALL during trial. Mr. Michael McElhinney continuously repeated the phrase, "if a judge instructs you, though that I am in for a penny, in for a pound, can you follow that even if it goes against what you personally believe should happen?" to the jury during trial. James didn't have a chance.....because he was BLACK and couldn't afford adequate defense. One witness got on the stand and refused to testify, then how could this have continued?? James filed an APPEAL but somehow the MOTION GOT LOST.
"All people need to do is look into this, but it falls on deaf ears." James stated.

Warning To Parents: The Generational Curse And The Collusion In Family Court, With Ryan Kolar Jan 13, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Ryan Kolar to the podcast. Ryan was last on Season 4, Episode 143. Ryan went in depth about the updates to his case and also explained that this is a systemic corruption issue. Judges have full discretion. Ryan's judge is Judge Karen Bowes. She does't have to honor his civil rights. The "Family Court, is programming the next generation for their REVENUE," Ryan states.
Ryan wanted to understand WHY, but there is no WHY. It was EXTORTION in order to get money out of BOTH parents. The abusive one will defend their reputation with money. The protective parent will fight to death for their children with money. It explains WHY that lawyers and judges CHOOSE to do this to children. There is nothing in the human soul that would make them want to let little children to get molested or worse. We discussed Title IV-D funding and how this contributes and compounds the problem within the 'family court.'

Great discussion regarding feelings and emotions that lead up to the holidays. We get distracted by our own expectations. We can be innocently neglectful towards our own needs. Does Christmas and family have to look a certain way? No. We have intergenerational trauma.
It's time to take your power back because you get to have a say in this story when other things that are uncontrollable are happening in your life. It's okay to check in with yourself to see what YOU need. It's physically exhausting to metabolize stress chronically and that is why we are all in a state of survival mode. Finding distractions for ourselves, go for a walk, listen to certain music; you have that choice. "I will not continue to harm myself further by neglecting my own needs," Laurie explains. This is the act of rebellion.
"Chronic illness does have a say in the level of relationship in the world that day : ability, fatigue but it doesn't have a say in our ability to internally keep and maintain our own wellness," Laurie states.

The Effects Of Girls Maturing Faster Than Boys and The Role Of Patriarchy In The Film, Barbie, With Author, Tim Goldich Jan 06, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes back guest Tim Goldich to the podcast. Tim was last on Season 5, Episode: 24 and Season 4, Episodes: 149, 120, 80, 58 and 32. We last talked about the Comparing and Contrasting Misogyny v. Misandry and The Discussion of Fundamental Dualities.
Today we discussed how girls mature faster than boys and the biological reasoning for that involving the Early Hominin going back to 2 to 4 million years ago. We talked about group survival and females being the limiting factor in reproduction, keeping the species alive. This placed a great deal of power within the innate female. This creates Gynocentrism. We prioritize female health, safety and wellbeing. Tim quoted Elizabeth Hobson, "......where feminism has taken our Gynocentrism and weaponized it."
This led the conversation to discuss feminine power, male power and how the role of empathy evolved. This also showed such examples as scenes in, "A Few Good Men" and the film, "Doubt.
We talked about the film Barbie and how Patriarchy played a role as 'horses are just men extenders,' per Ken. Excellent conversation with Tim Goldich and more to come. Barbie was not in love with Ken and we all felt bad for him even though she was honest about it. Ken was just another accessory to Barbie. Or was he? Barbie explained to Ken. 'that it's Barbie AND it's Ken,' which gave Ken his own identity. The film Barbie opened up a lot of dialogue!

Tracy Armes, Stacey Sonnelitter And James Kelly Discuss What Really Happened On 12-12-2023 And The Importance Of Transparency In The Courts Jan 04, 2024

Slam the Gavel welcomes Tracy Armes (Season 4, Episode 129), Stacey Sonnelitter (Season 4, Episode 13, Season 5, Episode 2) and James Kelly (Season 4, Episode 55) back to the podcast. We discussed what REALLY happened on December 12th, 2023 and how the use of recordings and transparency is desperately needed in the, "family courts."
We also discussed how there was a change in Tracy Armes case when her Paralegal and ADA Advocate, James Kelly was jailed five minutes into the hearing for wanting to record. The other issue is the Guardian Ad Litem, Karyn Villar, nor Judge Alfred Graf care that Tracy's child has missed 96 days of school AND she has insurmountable EVIDENCE OF SPOUSAL/CHILD ABU$E. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
Stacey Sonnelitter explains, "How can maintaining a transcript in all fairness to all parties be a crime when it is in all fairness? It is important to know that this is not a misogyny or misandry thing. The court looks at your financial portfolio, your political affiliations and how it benefits the court and is there a way to exploit you for money to maximize the Title IV-D Funding to the state, BECAUSE they WORK FOR THE STATE. That's why transparency is important. There are political ties. This isn't MEN against WOMEN, it is a MONEY issue. If you pit men AGAINST women, you are HELPING the courts. STOP."
Tracy states that, "Any Advocate is part of the problem and not the solution by putting salt to the victim's wound by financially draining them."
James also adds, "The work needs to be done. I am going to get louder and seek more support from legislators to put pressure on this problem. There has to be change: I want the Transcript Integrity Act. The judges are the personification of the state and they cannot give an impartial tribunal because of the federal INCENTIVE grant money for the collection of CHILD SUPPORT. Everybody's DUE PROCESS RIGHTS have been deprived across the board, because the state of NY wants to collect a half - billion dollars a year or more from the federal government. The judges violate the rights of the child to have an equal relationship with both parents to make that happen.
