Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Kenneth Gottfried, last on the show November 3rd, 2021 Season 2 Episode 122. Heated conversation into reporting child abusive judges. States have statutes for mandatory reporting of child abuse which also includes psychological child abuse. Psychological abuse has been documented as being worse than physical and sexual child abuse.
Kenneth explained the importance of the 2014 Letter from the APA, "Childhood Psychological Abuse as Harmful as Sexual or Physical Abuse," and the June 14th, 2018 letter to President Trump regarding the emotional upheaval it causes when children are taken away from their parents at the border.
This has to be taken very seriously in the courts as the children begins to experience a Shared Persecutory Delusion against the Target Parent. This in time, turns the child against a once loved parent. However years later, then child who becomes an adult eventually pays the price by using drugs, alcohol or suicide because the judge and attorney purposely wanted to keep the child away from their beloved parent.

Mary Speaks Out About Her Treatment By CPS And The Injustice Of Having Her Baby Taken Away After Three Days Dec 06, 2021

Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Slam the Gavel welcomes Mary, a mother of a three year-old little girl. Her case started with allegations against her while she was expecting her baby girl.
The first allegation was a "cluttered home," as well as the father’s prior history with the agency. Once her daughter was born and it was clear there was going to be a case, the father stopped all contact with the agency.
Mary already had set up WIC, early intervention program for my baby and family therapy while pregnant with her child.
However, she was taken at three days old before Mary left the hospital while nursing and she was being charged with being “emotionally unstable” and being around “unsafe people”. Both played roles in the case even when people who she knew were safe were in the case.
Mary has a success story to share! She did get her child back.

Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D., Discusses Coercive Control, Family Court And Her Book, "You're Not Crazy: Overcoming Parent/Child Alienation" Dec 03, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D. She has been working with families, couples, groups, and individuals. Dr. Steinberg has specialized in working with children and adults abused as children for more than 40 years. We discussed topics of the Coercive Control SB 1141.
She worked in the courts as an expert on sexual abuse with children, adults, and in the workplace.
Her interest and background grew naturally to embrace the psychological abuse of Parent Alienation, which she has specialized in for the last 10 years. This includes false accusations of sexual abuse.
She offers a Four Day Intensive Family Reunification program for Alienated Parents and their alienated children. It takes place in Los Angeles.
She is an expert witness in Parent Alienation in the Childrens’ Court and Family Court. She can also testify to the treatment of members of the Alienated Family and assist with Court Appearances.
Dr. Steinberg is a trained Mediator and has mediated for the Superior Court.This book was written for the Alienated Parent, whether in the beginning or advanced stages. So many reactions, such as:"You must have done something to your son/daughter to have caused them to not talk to you?""When people get divorced, the blame is 50/50; so what did YOU do?"In therapy: "You have to listen to your son/daughter without getting defensive or telling them what they are saying is not true. It is their reality!""Your child is old enough to choose not to live with you", at times said when the child is 11, 12, 13, 14 and up years of age! Children cannot drive, drink, vote and do many other things until they reach a certain age. Why is a brainwashed child legally supported in rejecting a once beloved parent?"Your son/daughter is an adult. They couldn't still be under the influence of the other parent and his/her family"The answer to all the above is "ALL OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE FALSE, FALSE, FALSE!"
Despite the naysayers who insist that there is no such thing as Parental Alienation, there is! It has been thoroughly well-documented and researched since the 1930's. Slam the Gavel welcome Gramps Jeffrey. Gramps Jeffrey is his pen name and his real name is Marc Joseph.
Gramps Jeffrey’s first book, "The Secrets of Retailing...How To Beat Walmart” was written to help entrepreneurs and small businesses compete against the big guys.
Arianna Huffington had read his book and then asked him to become a contributor to The Huffington Post. There is a link to the close to 100 articles written in the podcast notes
The articles are about small businesses, education, family, the homeless, the elderly and several other nonprofit topics dear to all of us.
The reason Gramps Jeffrey is sharing all of this with us is because if you want to talk about other issues facing today's parents and grandparents, he would be happy to give his views on the subjects affecting our kids.
We discussed, “I Don’t Want to Turn 3,” and how important it is to read to our children at least twice a day end it helps with bonding and supports listening skills, as well as cognitive development and it also teaches them how to think for themselves. This book also promotes selflessness and teaching children not to be selfish.

Vesta Spivakovsky, Author, Discusses Her New Book, Louder Than Silence And Her Views On Parental Alienation Nov 28, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Vesta Spivakovsky, a journalist, columnist, television and radio host - faced a problem that became a very real disaster, but remains invisible to most citizens of the country. In 2010, her ex-husband took upon himself to forever alienate her from her daughter.
This book is not just an authorial confession. Its task is to bring the problem of family kidnapping and PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) into the field of public discussion. It is dedicated to parents who are in a similar situation but do not despair and do not give up. And also to all those who care about it at the legislative, social, and personal level.
"Family kidnapping" in Russia not only shown a considerable hole in the legislation but became a full-on disaster, invisible to most citizens of the country. The lack of reaction of the legislation forced Vesta to make public, her personal tragedy in order to again force the government to pay attention to the lack of existing legal mechanisms in resolving family conflicts.
According to international human rights organizations in Russia, between forty-seven and fifty-five thousand minor children disappear every year. "Family kidnapping" in Russia is still not regulated at the legislative level and is discouraged as a topic of discussion in the current political environment.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Ingrid Irwin from Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. The last time she was on the show was November 16th, 2021, Season 2, Episode #130. In this podcast we discussed her book, Nolle Prosequi in, which was published in 2020. The title of the book means "do not prosecute." This is a call to action and critically assesses the latest developments in the law in this area from 2018 to present day. This book is published under her name Ingrid Irwin.
Attorney Irwin stressed the importance of sexual assault victims/victims of rape to have THEIR OWN ATTORNEY. The Prosecution in a Criminal Case IS NOT THE VICTIM'S ATTORNEY. This must be made clear at the very beginning that the crime takes place. The victim should not go to the police, but to retain an attorney first. This would save the victim from repetitious re-traumatizing of the incident.
With two books written, Attorney Irwin is very passionate about victims getting justice the correct way and that is that they have THEIR OWN ATTORNEY.

Laura Thomason: Counselor And Advocate For At Risk Youth Suffering Through The Foster Care System Nov 23, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Laura Thomason, a grandmother of two children in the Foster Care System. Laura is an Advocate and Counselor for at risk youth and wants to see Foster Care reform.
Laura would also like to see the Family Forward Act Implemented and accountability. She is also questioning what happened to the 974 children that have "gone missing" in the Missouri Foster Care System in 2019. There are no answers.
Only seeing her grandchildren twice since March of 2020, Laura explained how they got into the situation of Foster Care and the abuse that has taken place. No parent or grandparent is immune to these profiteering systems, such as CPS, that remove children from fit and loving parents as well as extended family members and place them in Foster Care.
Laura is concerned for the welfare of those placed in Foster Care as they are put on psychotropic medications and then shuffled through the system.

Jeni Lynn Speaks Out On Being A Pro Se And A Protective Parent Nov 22, 2021

Slam The Gavel welcomes Jeni Dees. She is a protective mother fighting to protect her 3 children from abuse and her 10 year old against sexual assaults perpetrated by the ex's step son who is almost 18.
When Jeni reported this as EVERY parent should if their child reports it to them, she was hit with 7 false charges by Sgt David Galbraith of Westminster PD. These charges only came because Westminster PD was in a federal lawsuit that Jeni brought against them for false arrest and for being assaulted by them. The federal judge had just ruled WestminsterPD had NO indifference for Jeni's life as they ripped her g-tube out and ripped her shoulder out causing 2 surgeries.
The Court used Jeni's children as pawns and ALLOWED the rapes to continue even after Jeni was found NOT GUILTY by a Jury of twelve.
Jeni has been hit with gags and multiple ProtectionOrder's for using her voice and exposing every coward behind her children's hell.
The FBI is now investigating after 8 yrs of protecting the judge, now a Justice on Colorado's highest court, William Hood who kidnapped her child under the color of law.

Vincent McGovern, Author, Speaks Out On Why Mothers Are Not Faring Well In Family Court In The UK Nov 19, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Vincent McGovern to discuss why Mothers are not faring well in the adversarial Family Court System. He further explained that the mother's are very honest and forthright of their opinion and/or not prepared to play the game and therefore the outcome is disasterous.
What Mother's do not understand is that a vindictive party/Father sets the tone and scene well in advance in preparing to ambush the Target Parent/Mother.
The result of when a child is taken away from a loving, fit parent is a disturbed thought process in that child that will affect them years later, create mental illness and they will then have difficulty in future normal relationships.
There is a Transition Phase, Switching and Splitting that will take place and this is explained in the podcast along with Mothers/parents being powerless against the false narrative that is entertained in the secretive Family Courtroom.
Vincent McGovern explained why Shared Parenting is not working and how it is disastrous for children when Family Court is involved as it is an adversarial system and this is also elaborated in the podcast.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Ingrid Irwin, 48 years old and a former Catholic. She is from Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, the pedophilic epicenter of Australia, which compares to Boston in the movie, "Spotlight."
Attorney Irwin has been a lawyer since 1999, working in family violence, child protection, family law, civil law including sex assault survivors suing perpetrators for personal injury and intervention orders.
She has also represented clergy sex abuse clients in the Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse (CSA). Attorney Irwin has acted for police complainants who alleged they were abused by Cardinal Pell and the bulk of her practice has involved acting for women and children in Family Law and family violence matters (where most of the victims are female because the violence if definitely gendered).
At present Attorney Irwin is currently an Activist/Advocate to the plight of brave victims of sexual assault who report to police. However, the system is in a SHAMEFUL STATE OF DISREPAIR despite NUMEROUS Government Apologies, Redress Schemes, Inquiries, and Royal Commissions into family violence and child sexual assault.
