As a Navy veteran and former carpenter and furniture maker, Attorney Kuhlmeyer understands the issues of the working people, and works for his clients at reasonable rates. One reason he became a lawyer was because he saw the impact even a minor legal issue can have on hard-working people.
Because lawyers are so expensive, most people have their issues go unresolved, so their access to the legal system is effectively denied.
So our system is becoming a system where the rich buy access to justice, the poor can get pro-bono legal help, but everyone in the middle—regular working people and small business owners, just get left out, and that’s not right…..

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Mark T. Andrews (Season 3, Episode 11), and a new guest, Michelle Garcia. In this podcast, Michelle Garcia and Mark Andrews discuss their corrupt CPS debacle that took place in Los Angeles, California. False claims and accusations made by County Council and CPS against a licensed court-bonded officer as he was trying to help Michelle and her family.
Mark discussed the California Senate Bill 1141 on Coercive Control. This bill will help many. Children suffer longer, the longer Family Court drags out cases while not listening to fit, healthy parents who want to protect their children.
They both encouraged parents to bond together and have hope and zest so that no decent, fit parent should be interrupted in their parenting by corrupt government actors.

Attorney Barbara Stone Exposes Federal And International Crimes Under The Color Of Law, Our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS And "Protection Sounding Names," Such As "Guardianship" And "Child Protection" Jan 31, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Barbara Stone. We talked about Guardianships and Child Protection Services and how this government organized crime syndicate is still not understood by the victims - that makes these crimes all the more diabolical and the work of those exposing them even harder.
Attorney Stone also explained the definition of Human Trafficking under the U.N.Office on Drugs and Crime. [1]

“Human Trafficking is the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of people through force, fraud or deception, with the aim of exploiting them for profit. Men, women and children of all ages and from all backgrounds can become victims of this crime, which occurs in every region of the world. The traffickers often use violence or fraudulent employment agencies and fake promises of education and job opportunities to trick and coerce their victims.”
All of this is done in the name of profit. These crimes are becoming so infested in our government. There is #WEKNOW. These laws are illegal and strip us of our UNALIENABLE RIGHTS--our BIRTH RIGHTS.
The Declaration of Independence was discussed. As it is written, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
These crimes against humanity is so depraved on so many levels. The violation of Federal and International Laws that further obstruct our JUSTICE. Family Court and CPS is doing the same, "under the color of law," Title IV. This includes Guardianships and Family Court.
The horrific crimes that Mary Bush has suffered in her Guardianship case is NOT an isolated incident, but a "playbook," for Guardianships.
As citizens we have laws that do not protect our unalienable rights, derivation of rights under the color of law, which carry criminal penalties and unlawful, illegal laws that strip us of our rights that MUST be removed from the books.

Mark T. Andrews Speaks Out On A CPS Case And What Is The Criteria To Sue A Judge Jan 24, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Mark T. Andrews, a licensed officer of the court back on the show. He was last on the show on August 26th, 2021 Season 2 Episode 93. After going through Family Court system for 19 years and 73 hearings later, Mark explains how he has suffered two heart attacks with a couple of stents and an open heart surgery. Every six years he has had a heart procedure.
The courts and CPS keep creating income, not settling these cases. The children are the ones that are suffering the most through this. Mark didn't get to see his kids graduate nor get married. "Not knowing about your kids and not knowing if they are safe," Mark states, "adds to the PTSD." Mark hasn't heard from his daughter since 2008 nor his son. He is an erased father. Missing milestones; your child getting taller, graduating from high school and getting married and not being able to be there further the affects of PTSD.
Mark spoke openly about a CPS case involving a Mother who has had her kids taken away and given to her own mother as a foster parent. But then the lies began. Now Mark is fending off false accusations.
We discussed how CPS anxiously wants to adopt children out for Federal Funding. Kids for CASH.
Qualified Absolute Immunity with judges was discussed at length as well as Hardwick v. County of Orange (2017) and Robert J. v. Cathryn D. (03-11-2009. DO51552-CA Court of Appeal. This case is extremely important and related to false accusations.

Michael Sayen, Author, Speaks Out On, "Why Can't We All Just Get Along," Coverture, Feminism And Contract Law Jan 20, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Michael Sayen, Author, back on the show to discuss, "Why we can't get along," Coverture, Feminism and Contract Law. History was discussed in-depth from the Magna Carta in 1066 to present time, the Leviathan Principle, where the King was supreme and how that converted to, "We the People."
Family Court pits Mothers against Fathers and does not want anything going through the Criminal Court system such as Domestic Violence and Child Abuse issues. Family Court Judges have the power to bypass the criminal system and the jury. Family Court judges do not want to prosecute abuse and neglect as a crime, either because they do not have faith in the criminal system or they fear that a parent will be found innocent and they will be forced to give custody to both the parents.
Personality Disorders such as Narcissism play a role as Judges will give the children to the parent who looks like them, talks like them and behaves/dresses like them. The courts do not believe the woman who is honestly frantic for the safety of her child/children but instead believe the Narcissist. The discussion continues on the Best Interest of the Child and how that supersedes Parental Rights. This is in fact destroying not only our nation, but the world as a whole.
Michael explains how Parens Patriae allowed for the the government to gain control over our children while disregarding the rights of the parents. Children are property of the state once a marriage license is signed, leaving parents with no say nor Due Process rights.
The history of how Feminism evolved as well as, the history of "no fault divorce," and the BAR was explained in detail. A fascinating podcast not to be missed.

William Bernet, M.D., Discusses Parental Alienation, Estrangement And The Five Factor Model Jan 10, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes William Bernet, M.D. Emeritus Member and Professor of Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Prior to retirement, Dr. Bernet was a Forensic Psychiatrist who evaluated adults, children and families involved in legal situations, both civil and criminal.
Dr. Bernet's book, "Children of Divorce," was co-authored with a circuit court judge, Don Ash. In 2010, he published Parental Alienation, DSM-5 and ICD-11. In 2014 he and his colleagues published Parental Alienation: The Handbook for Mental Health and Legal Professionals which was edited by Demosthenes Lorandos, William Bernet and S. Richard Sauber.
Other interests prior to Dr. Bernet's retirement included pretrial competency and insanity evaluations, death penalty mitigation, genotyping of defendants, child custody and visitation disputes and allegations of child sexual abuse as well as forensic psychiatry in particular the effects of divorce, child custody disputes, Parental Alienation, child maltreatment and genomics of violence.
Dr. Bernet's current research interest is methodology for distinguishing Parental Alienation and Parental Estrangement.
Dr. Bernet discussed his book, "Parental Alienation-Science and Law," published in 2020 (Demosthenes Lorandos/William Bernet) explains the research that creates the foundation for the assessment, identification, and intervention in cases of parental alienation (PA). For attorneys, judges, and family law professionals, this book explains in detail the scientific basis for testimony and legal decisions that relate to PA. Dr. Bernet also explained that it is organized around the Five Factor Model. This book can be found on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Dr. Bernet explained how the concept of parental alienation has been admitted into evidence in more than 1,100 court cases in the U.S. since 1985. He also discussed how the Five-Factor Model (FFM) can be used to diagnose parental alienation. Articles regarding the FFM have been published in peer-reviewed journals, that is, Feedback (the journal of the Family Therapy Association of Ireland) and the Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Cheryl A. Kennedy is a "Fraud on the Court," crime victim defrauded by an Attorney in a divorce with a judge involved. Due to the State Bar of California being inoperable, it led to her subpoena of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to a violated jury trial against the Attorney in 2008. Attorney General Jerry Brown represented Schwarzenegger, he was later subpoenaed after alleged payoffs were made. The cases corruption went from San Mateo Superior Court , in CA to Albany/Ulster County Supreme Court under Cuomo in NY. Kennedy exposed many other victim cases over the years and had a U.S. Marshal assigned to her under the Obama Administration. Kennedy is a Constitutionalist, Rights Activist and Whistleblower and commented for years on election fraud, fake news, fraud in foreclosures etc. Kennedy has personally sought the Military and Trump to restore our Republic NOW.
Cheryl would like to see justice and has contacted several in high places asking for the same to end the injustice of the election fraud.

Monica Griego Speaks Out On Her CYFD Case And Where Her Daughters Are In New Mexico Jan 09, 2022

Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/maryannpetri)Monica Griego back on Slam The Gavel to update the viewers on her CYFD (CPS) case and exactly where her daughters are in New Mexico. This case has been open since April of 2016. Now the girls have been given to the father who is noncompliant with case plans. Monica is concerned as her daughters have not been properly cared for and are being neglected. Four caseworkers know about it, but are not holding the father accountable. There is no accountability in this broken system.
"The best way to explain your case," Monica states is to, "EXPOSE them." Accountability needs to be in place, laws need to be followed as well as judicial cannons. Everything has fallen by the wayside, however Monica's children are hanging in the balance and she wants her children home, safe with her.
Monica is still an advocate for many who seek her out for help with their cases and she is there to help educate parents and give support. This is an uphill battle with CYFD (CPS), but Monica remains stoic and persistent in getting her daughters back home.
