Sean Brennan Speaks Out On His Treatment As A Pro Se, Collusion In The Courts And Wanting To See His Son Jan 02, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Pro Se Litigant, Sean Brennan to the show to discuss his case and why can't he see his son. Not only has Sean's Constitutional rights, civil rights, liberties, and human rights have been violated, so has his two year-old son.
He hasn't been able to have a relationship with his child except for a few visitation days. Sean has had three Court appointed attorneys that didn't help to protect his son, Gabriel. Legal abuse is being ensued by his soon to be ex wife and her father.
The Family Court has refused to subpoena her mental health records, for the safety and "well being" of his son. They wouldn't do it despite multiple attempts of Sean asking them. Even the Referee wouldn't order Face Time with his son. Sean drives three hours to see his son. However, he wasn't able to see his son in three months, due to Covid-19. He has had supervised visits, bringing his 74 year-old father with him.
Sean got to go down on Father's Day and see his now two year-old Son. However, he found himself arrested. Sean was treated so badly, even as a Type One Diabetic, he could have lost his life, handcuffed to a stretcher, on his way to the hospital. Asking why he was there, the answer he received was, "You know that you have a protection order against you right?" Sean asked what was the violation? The officer wouldn't tell him.
Upon his arrest, his father had told him that she was walking around with his child, and he was saying, "Dada went in there. Why didn't he come and see me?"
Sean is looking for help to find an ADA/Civil Rights Attorney. In Sean's words, "this isn't legal or moral what's happening to my son and myself."

Slam the Gavel welcomes back author Kenneth Gottfried. He discusses his upcoming fourth book, the school system in regards to the non-custodial parent and the next steps with the FBI.
ACES Scores are so very important that no child should rank a 4 or higher However, if a child ranks a 4 or higher, they are thirty-times likely to commit suicide as well as have major health problems. When a child/teen is kept from the other parent, they end up hating half of themselves with a shared persecutory delusion, Depression and Anxiety. This issue at hand is that psychologists are not reporting child psychological abuse V995.51 in the DSM nor V61.20 Parent-Child Relational Problem, 309.4 Mixed Disturbance Of Emotions And Conduct to the proper authorities, which makes these psychologists a big part of the problem.
Ken spoke about documenting, video taping the meeting with the teacher, principle and law enforcement when discussing these issues that are so greatly affecting the psychological health of our youth today that will haunt them for the rest of their lives.
A child should just be living the best time of their lives of being a child or teen, not placed under the pressure of being lied to about the Target parent by a vengeful parent/grandparents.
Ken talks about discussing all of this with the FBI with no response.

Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D., Author, Tells Her Story And Discusses Why Regular Therapy Doesn't Work With Psychologists Dec 22, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D. back on the Show to talk about why regular therapy is not working with psychologists that do not understand the mechanics of parent-child alienation. Dr. Lynn was last on the show December 3rd, 2021, Season 2, Episode137.
Psychologists are trained in the system that every parent is 50% responsible and that children do not lie. The child lies to please and appease the Alienating Parent. The psychologist perpetuates this unknowingly, or knowingly and allows the Alienating Parent and child to continue with the false narrative against the Target Parent. These psychologists are biased toward the Target Parent and are not adept in recognizing the signs of Parental Alienation, Coercive Control and Stockholm Syndrome.
This creates shame and guilt within the child years later when they recognize what has happened in the past and has finally seen through all the lies and misconceptions.
Dr. Lynn Steinberg also shares her story of Parental Alienation as well. This was a very informative podcast on how the Stockholm Syndrome, Coercive Control and Parental Alienation are perpetuated and the Psychologists that participate in it.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Vincent McGovern back on the show . Vincent McGovern was last on the show in Season 2, Episodes 107 and 131. We discussed how CPS is held to no accountability when there are false allegations or when children slip through the cracks, being abused.
CPS operates in secret. Vincent spoke of two cases of murdered children that slipped through the cracks, or a parent wasn't allowed to intercede. Once a murder happens that could have been preventable, the excuses come, "the system will be improved," or "there is insufficient funding," down to "lessons will be learned.
The most innocent of all are children. The power-hungry CPS caseworkers will stop at nothing to break up a family and create more adoptions. The tragic part is that the system protects the system.
We discussed how Family Court is a closed court system in the United Kingdom, where there is massive pain in it and a parent either fights or walks away.

Elizabeth Harding Weinstein Speaks Out On Her Case, Judicial Accountability And Fraudulent Guardianships Dec 13, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes. Elizabeth Harding Weinstein to the show. She is a 49-year-old mother, a graduate of Columbia University, a previous ER/ICU nurse, the survivor of severe domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, and a previous well-known and respected resident of Briarcliff Manor, NY.
Her husband, is a high profile Davis Polk attorney, with connections in the judiciary, and a lifelong history of pedophilia.
When Elizabeth confirmed her spouse’s existing practice, and confronted him, telling him that if he wanted it to stop and agreed not to hurt them anymore they would help him, her husband initially agreed, and then he ran
. He immediately hired a company, O’Connor Professional Group, to falsify medical documentation and have Elizabeth falsely committed to a psych hospital, to give him a cover for his pedophilia, Elizabeth reports. When that failed, her ex used bogus “Orders of Protection” and the criminal coercion of the police to kidnap his children, evict Elizabeth from the house, and from her children’s lives.
The judicial system and law enforcement were weaponized against her. Suddenly the Mother with no prior history with the courts or police for 48 years was kidnapped, lost contact with her children, has been made homeless, has been falsely arrested multiple times, taken into custody and placed in solitary confinement for refusing to wear a mask
Elizabeth, a previous ER/ICU nurse with insight into her care, knew her patient care rights and exercised them, refusing all treatment and demanding a hearing to be released within 5 days. St Vincent’s hospital and the courts denied Elizabeth a hearing for 2 weeks, in full violation of Mental Health and Hygiene Laws, then ordered her to take what she calls a lethal cocktail of prescription medication by another related Judge Anne E. Minihan. Doctors and nurses threatened to make Elizabeth incapacitated before they would ever release her.
Her husband and Defendants in her case than filed for “Guardianship” over Elizabeth, petitioning the Court to seize all of her assets, assign her a lawyer in all cases where they were the Defendants, and have Elizabeth placed in a long term care facility and forced medications. Judge Janet C Malone held ex parte hearings and trafficked Elizabeth into this “Guardianship of Property.” This illegal Guardian, Kenneth L Bunting, now NOT ONLY keeps Elizabeth’s monthly support payments, he found Elizabeth’s private account with her only money used to feed herself, confiscated the money and closed the account, leaving her destitute and dependent upon the kindness of friends.

Marita's case is unique as it was the first test case in Victoria Australia that challenged the statute of limitations laws. In Melbourne, that changed in 2015 in response to the Royal Commission called into child sexual abuse of children in Australia.
However, by this case failing and Marita had to pay her abuser over $100,000.00 This case has now set a bad precedent for other sexual assault victims following. Marita would like to highlight that in this podcast and share her journey.

Slam The Gavel welcomes back Michael Volpe, Investigative Journalist to discuss cases of corruption in Family Court going on in LA and Orange County, California. Apparently, these are local rackets structured the same, yet the names are different. However, the local public doesn't know what they are doing.
California is unique in its own way as they have Private Judges. The court system in California is so backed up, but if a parent "pays" for a Private Judge, their case will move faster and in the direction of their favor.
Judge Tamara Hall was moved from Family Court for four years, yet she is tied to many court cases.
Upon discussing the Marika Taylor case, her ex-husband shows up in Hall's chambers and Judge Hall then writes an exparte order to give the ex sole custody. It appears it was a permanent order and several other judges "rubber stamped" it, continuing it, and Marika hasn't seen her son in six years.....
From Family Bridges, a reunification camp to Judges creating cases and dragging them out in order to bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars the greed continues.
The book, "Screw The Bitch," is very well known handbook for men filing for divorce and that was discussed at length, along with the case Stump v. Sparkman, 435 U.S. 349 (1978) is the leading US Supreme Court conclusion on judicial immunity. This too was an in-depth discussion not to be missed.

The subject of Parental Alienations is so counterintuitive, which is why forgiveness is very important. We must forgive ourselves first, then others in situations including flying monkeys, relatives and bystanders.
Modern examples of forgiveness: Viktor Frankl, “Man’s Searchfor Meaning,” Sophie Scholl, Nelson Mandela, Imaculee Iligabiza, Rachel Muha. Forgiveness Therapy, written by Dr. Richard Fitzgibbons as well as the imperative in the Our Father prayer about forgiveness.
During the Christmas holidays, Christians turn their focus toward the bursting of God into the world, and how His birth ultimately led toHis death which is also counterintuitive.
That’s precisely why alienated parents,especially those who are Christian, can take the holidays as a journey, albeit painful at times because we are not with our children and can use forgiveness as a guide post, so as not to fall into a pit of depression, anger and misery. To use the approach of Viktor Frankl, 'to take that opportunity of suffering to lead to a greater good.'

Claire Wirth, Congressional Candidate For Kentucky, 4th District, Speaks Out on her Candidacy, And Of Families Suffering Through Family Court Dec 08, 2021

Slam the Gavel welcomes Claire Wirth, Congressional Candidate for Kentucky 4th District. Claire was a foster mom and adopted her foster daughter July 7th, 2021. She has had her from birth, as she was born drug-dependent and was alone for 4 weeks in the NICU before Claire was called by CPS.
Claire named this child Hannah, and adopted her just before her 2nd birthday. For a short time, she also had her brother, but he was returned to his grandmother whom he has a deep bond with.
Advocating for foster children and biological parents, Claire finds herself in many situations as she has stood in the gap for pregnant mothers that were drug/alcohol dependent and in need of assistance in getting checked into facilities, so that upon the birth of their child- they could then keep their baby and get on a healthy path or sobriety.
Claire has also witnessed horrible custody battles play out. The worst she has seen is actually an active case now where a local female Pediatrician -Dr. Stephanie Russell is in a living a nightmare in Judge Browns courtroom in Louisville KY.
Claire Wirth is a worthy Candidate for Kentucky 4th District as she is not only concerned but determined to keep families together and wanting to see CPS reform as well as foster care reform.
