Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Rhonda Reyna to the podcast. Rhonda shares her story about what she and her 13 year-old daughter have gone through at the hands of the uneducated and corrupt police of Santa Cruz County, California.
Reyna's daughter has a manipulative and coercively controlling wealthy father who has prevailed in family court in order to separate Mother from Daughter. He is also paying Dr. Rebecca Bailey, a reunification therapist from," Transitioning Families," to continue to brainwash her daughter. SIDE NOTE:Kathleen Russell is looking for other victims of Dr. Rebecca Bailey.
The issue at hand is law enforcement is failing to protect Reyna and her daughter and participating in the family court kidnapping as evidenced by the two videos up on YouTube (in podcast notes).
Reyna has filed a complaint on Santa Cruz PD, but so far no backing from the PUBLIC outraging directly to them for what was done to her then 13 year-old daughter

Ricardo Collins Discusses Why Your Correct Name Is Important In Court And All Commercial Transactions Oct 11, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes a new guest, Ricardo Collins. We discussed the late David Wynn Miller and why your correct name is important in court and all commercial transactions such as Name vs. NAME.
Ricardo has had his own personal interaction, or "testing (autograph with Living Man's name). "Testing," is the absolute refusal of the court ordered attorney for his Grand-daughter while his son is claiming warden of his own offspring until the age of maturity as well as questioning of the language on the order is even correct.
Last in court, September 21st, 2022, his son's ex's lawyer did not show up. This is how the courts drag out court cases. Ricardo is not sure, but the judge gave the ex-girlfriend sobriety orders and that she be granted two hours supervised visitation per week until the next court date in November.

Rod McCall And Melanie Davis Speak Out On The Hard TRUTH Behind The Term Parental Alienation And Kayden's Law Oct 10, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Rod McCall and Melanie Davis back to the podcast to discuss the harsh reality that Parental Alienation does exist and the introduction of other terms such as "resist and refuse," "custodial interference," "hostile parenting," are becoming misused by organizations.
Rod McCall was last on the podcast 2-24-2021, Season 2, Episode 18. He is book author of, "For The Love Of Eryk, Surviving Divorce, Parental Alienation, And Life After," which can be found on Amazon.
Melanie Davis, Publisher of Triumph Press was last on the Podcast, April 13 2021, Season 2, Episode 36. The term Parental Alienation is under attack. This is a battle that is being waged; bickering between those who need be uniting. The bickering is being caused by the "beast", also known as "the courts" when the court is being corrupt more often than not. People are saying we can't use that term, because if we do, we won't be taken seriously. However, it is the court that knows it is a powerful word that is distinctive, simple and says exactly what is happening and when there is a powerful weapon that is phrased that way that those that don't want it used will do anything to throw it out. The problem is that people that are dealing with this are starting to embrace these new terms as if this is the new direction to go in. If this happens it is like bowing to a captor. Parents: fathers and mothers who are alienated should be banding together as a strong force, not creating division. A house divided CANNOT stand.
Rod McCall explained that it's not a man issue or a woman issue, it is a people issue. A paper came out in May of 2022, published and talked about the amount of research going on in PA has taken place since 2016. Rod is a part of the Parental Alienation Study Group, that takes part in the research and publishing articles on the science behind Parental Alienation. The effects of divorce and the ACE study, there is no way Parental Alienation can be denied. Alienation can happen to anyone, this is not a gender issue.
It is important to understand that Parental Alienation is the right word, the most descriptive word instead of, "resist and refuse," which is very watered down. There is cooperation when other's should be defending the term.
We discussed Kayden's law passed by the National Congress earlier this year. There is a Violence Against Women group and there is a version of this to push this in all 50 states. It will allow mandated reporters of violence to a child to report abuse but not allowed to testify in court and only the men are the perpetuators, while it is only the women/mothers that are the victims. It is a mental illness issue not a gender issue.
There is a group that successfully reorganized Kayden's Law put in front of the Governor in the state of California. Parental Alienation can happen to anyone.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Angel Law back on the show (Season 3, Episode 107) as well as Alex Baker, JD. We discussed the multifaceted corruption w within the Family Court system. By design it is working brilliantly while destroying the lives of good, fit parents and their children. The perfect extortion scheme.
Lawyers are looking at both sides, figuring out the case. Lawyers want to know how much the case is worth, where exactly is the money and how do they get their hands on the money.
All it takes is two perfectly normal, reasonable people to end up with a litigious attorney egging one parent on or the opposing attorney not only running interference, but running the other parent into the ground financially. Lawyers will call out vexatious and litigious. Unfortunately the law is what the judge says it is. A money game and the kids are the cash.
We also discussed a case where an LA attorney who litigated for 2 1/2 years and turned the case into a guardianship.
Alex Baker, JD will be coming out with his book by the end of the year, "Railroaded, Stonewalling and Gaslighting." So much to learn from this podcast on how to make it through Family Court alive.

Attorney Nicole Suissa Explains Her Case And How A Three Day Trial Lasted Eight Months At The Expense Of Her Child Oct 06, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Nicole Suissa to the show. Please look at the podcast notes in regards to a go fund me. Attorney Nicole is from New Jersey and her case is in the state of Pennsylvania. She volunteers for the fire service, mentors college kids, and is giving a TedX Talk this year.
Attorney Nicole has overcome an incredibly adverse childhood to become the person and Mother that she is, however it is now being used against her in a court of law. She had the audacity to make it in life and now it is being turned on her while Judge Emanuel Bertin age 75, Visiting Judge, is clearly incensed by her mere existence and her refusal to be abused further or controlled and dominated.
Judge Bertin did all the cross-examination and even asked her, "Is your mother mental?" He has asked other various inappropriate questions even in regards to the time frame of when she met her husband to the first time they had sex. He also questioned Attorney Nicole if her mother was an immigrant from Puerto Rico, and used her childhood homelessness against her. He also questioned why would she file an abuse report if she didn't have black eyes and a broken back and that was petty and how could she risk her ex's career that way..... Attorney Nicole questioned the misogynistic attitude of this judge as well as being a racist.
Her case which should have been 12 days has been stretched out over the span of eight months. Now she has only been seeing her child four days out of the month. The Family Court is a disgrace as to what they are putting good, fit parents through.

Meghan Walsh Speaks Out On The Advocacy Of Her Children And The Kidnapping Of Her Infant Daughter Oct 05, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Meghan Walsh to the show. Meghan spoke freely of the corruption in Indian River, Florida. On June 7th, 2022, DCF/CHS absconded with her five day-old infant while still nursing her. Meghan has stated that none of this is in the, "Best Interest of the Child." Police are aiding and abetting CPS in the trafficking of our children, our precious future and generations.
Meghan has been an advocate prior to her children ever being taken away. She spoke about the end of March 2021 where an Emergency Petition was filed by her own father, John Walsh on her eldest daughter. Then on April 1st, 2021 she was followed by an unmarked car with her three children. They had pulled her over and the three children were taken by the police.
We spoke of perjury on the witness stand, CPS retaliation and collusion amongst the court actors.

Jeff is also an Advocate for Justice, Children, Civil Rights and Social Action, Economic Empowerment, Health and Human Rights, Politics, Poverty Alleviation, Science and Technology.
We had an excellent conversation regarding Protective Orders, Perjury and No-Fault Divorce and the ramifications of this. We also discussed his YouTube Channel.
Jeff talked about driving to Austin, TX to listen to testimony before the Juvenile Justice and Family Issues Committee regarding how to make protective orders easier to obtain and enforce and also to give testimony on the issue of protective orders. Jeff himself has experienced the threat of a Protective Order but also had to spend $20,000.00 to protect himself against a false and frivolous Protective Order. Jeff also explains what could have happened to him had the order been granted......

Coach Shurouk's main purpose is to work hand in hand with her client and to bring out the hidden potential and strength so they can view things from a positive perspective as well as seeing the beauty and power of where positive thinking can take her client.
Shurouk loves her job because it goes deeper than what the eye can see and when the soul begins to feel a change, a person's energy begins to move mountains and Shurouk is ready to build a whole new world with her client.
Receiving her BA in Psychology along with her graduate certificate in counselor education from NC State University, Shurouk also received her MS in psychology with an emphasis in general psychology and life coaching at GCU.
We discussed that it is important that Mental Health is to be taught to kids at an elementary school level. The importance to teach children to have self confidence and autonomy at an early age will help them when in adulthood. We also talked about the Projection Theory, Near Exposure Theory and the Chameleon Theory. The Empathic personalities become the Chameleon. Personality disorders are attracted to the Empath/Chameleon. Much discussion on these topics really was highly informative. It is so important to teach our young people the value of Mental Health Issues and the Red Flags to watch out for.

Amy Palacios, Mother, Speaks Out On Mecklenburg And Cabarrus County's EXTREME Corruption In Her Family Court Case Sep 29, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios, a Mother of six children. There are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC.
Both abusers have now teamed up to claim SHE is the abuser. They are making her pay $2,800.00/per month in Child Support and $85,000.00 to the man that has two criminal convictions of assault and was in jail for six months for attacking her.
Judge Christy Wilhem ordered that Amy did not have to pay child support on her four children. Judge Nathaniel Knust is also involved in her case. The judges haven't been too much of an issue, just the MONOPOLY going on behind the scenes.
We discussed seven exparte orders, numerous psychological evaluations only on Amy that showed no mental illness other than Legal Abuse/PTSD, though being called mentally ill, they expect her to pay a hefty amount of child support from her nursing job. A useless Guardian Ad Litem who has involvement in two different counties, as well as a false CPS report is also added into the mix.
Amy's next court dates are October 3rd for the issue of the $85,000.00 and October 25th, 2022 to discuss child custody. Slam the Gavel will have Amy Palacios back on for updates. Amy encourages to have everything on a PDF file and send to multiple people so the court won't destroy the evidence and remember that your own lawyer is against you as Amy has paid out $250,000.00 and RECORD DSS (CPS) at all times due to fake DSS cases.
