Slam the Gavel welcomes Angel Law back on the show (Season 3, Episode 107) as well as Alex Baker, JD. We discussed the multifaceted corruption within the Family Court system. By design it is working brilliantly while destroying the lives of good, fit parents and their children. The perfect extortion racket. Churning cases and dragging them out for years keeps the judge's and attorney's income steady.
We discussed how judges have gone wild as they make the law up as they go along. What defines a "good judge." A "good judge" may be good for one person and bad in someone else's case.
Dividing assets prior to going into a courtroom leaves less to fight about. However, the best thing to do is not even enter the courtroom at all. There is no accountability. The law is whatever the judge says it is. Proceed at your own risk.
Defining the word "step-mother," "step-father," and "Bonus Parent" was also a topic where those terms should only be used when a parent passes away.
When a new partner comes in that's where all the problems begin. Where, usually a female without children of her own enters into the co-parenting relationship and tries, usually successfully, to take over the biological mother's children.
Alex Baker, JD discussed his book, "Railroaded, Stonewalling and Gaslighting," will be coming out by the end of the year and his future Podcast, "Dividing Line," will be coming along as well
There's no such thing as justice. Just taking the money and destroying families. So much to learn from the last podcast on how to make it through Family Court alive while judges literally go wild and make up laws as they go along at the expense of a Target Parent and their children used as collateral damage.

Amy Palacios, Mother, Updates On Her Case In Mecklenburg And Cabarrus County, And Her Fears Of The GAL Allowing A Kidnap To Occur Oct 30, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios back on the podcast. She was last on in September 29th, 2022, Season 3, Episode 117. Amy Palacios is a Mother of six children. There are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC.
Both abusers have now teamed up to claim SHE is the abuser. They are making her pay $2,800.00/per month in Child Support and $85,000.00 to the man that has two criminal convictions of assault and was in jail for six months for attacking her.
Judge Christy Wilhem ordered that Amy did not have to pay child support on her four children. Judge Nathaniel Knust is also involved in her case. The judges haven't been too much of an issue, just the MONOPOLY going on behind the scenes.
Her children are telling their Mother, Amy, that their dad is planning to take them to Florida next week. Skipping town with her four kids. When he potentially has two convictions of criminal contempt which is thirty days each, so a total of 60 days, that her children will be given over to her because of his contempt both with the use of Jay White and for keeping her kids repeatedly on her time.
Amy didn’t ask for jail time, only the two 30 day sentences for her kids to be home with her for sixty days. And this 2800/month Child Support be ended. He has told her kids they aren’t coming back to her house, which is Amy's next weekend, because they will be leaving for, "the beach."
FYI. His plans for kidnapping need to be taken seriously. He thinks he has no consequences for his behaviors and he can continue to keep Amy's kids. This needs to come to an abrupt halt. He needs to be brought in for the verdict, so he can’t skip town with her children
Unfortunately, this sounds like he will have Amy's kids in Florida before the verdict for protection is given. This may add to felony kidnapping charges along with his two convictions of criminal contempt. WHEN DOES IT END?
A Narcissist/Personality Disorder always follows through with their threats. So the truth needs to be found out quickly before he hides Amy's kids with his parents somewhere in Florida. He has a past history and has done this multiple times in the past with his kidnappings. Amy is a deeply spiritual Mother and is praying for justice daily.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Natalia Dalton. She was last on the podcast February 26th, 2022 Season 3, Episode 26. She is joined today by two ADA Advocates, Francesca Amato and Hannah Morris. Natalia discussed her case and how she landed in this predicament. Apparently, her ex estimated her at an income she never made and then took custody of her child. He runs Judge Lisa Kemler's courtroom like a three-ring circus and the judge caters to his whims. Had Francesca Amato and Hannah Morris not stepped in to help Natalia, things could have gotten much worse. Natalia's last court appearance went very well and a new judge listened to Francesca Amato explain what an ADA Advocate does. We discussed the role of the ADA Advocate and how beneficial it is to someone with PTSD and Legal Abuse. Children are highly traumatized when being ripped away from a loving fit parent. This trauma manifests itself emotionally and physically, haunting this child for the rest of their lives as well as generations. This was a great podcast with a powerhouse of women that are working diligently to help others and to change the corruption within the Family Courts. Judi-Beth Atwood, Advocate And Protective Parent Exposes The Corruption In Colorado's Family Court System Oct 29, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Judi-Beth Atwood, advocate for families going through the corrupt Family Court System. Judi-Beth is a protective parent seeking changes in the Colorado Family Court systems as well. She explains that Family Courts continue to value the rights and freedoms of abusive partners over a protective parent's fundamental human rights to live and raise their children in peace and safety especially in Weld County and Boulder Colorado.
Abusive partners are seeking joint or full custody as a means of revenge, punishment and continued control over domestic violence victims after previously sharing no parenting interest or responsibilities. In demonstrating absolutely no interest in doing so, the Family Courts' reckless dismissal and doubt of child physical and sexual abuse claims brought by protective parents.
Judi-Beth has spoken at the Colorado Legislators, joined in the United Nations Complaint against the American Family Court System and spoken at the Colorado Supreme Court. However, Judi-Beth believes her opposition to the current Family Court System has a lot more to do with her losing custody than anything else.
Speaking out on her own nightmare of Family Court and its disastrous effect it has had on her psyche and her health, Judi-Beth states that she will never ever give up on her children. She wants parents to understand that all it takes is a thought from someone who is not playing with a full-deck to put a parent out of their home/career.

Monica Griego Updates Us On Her CYFD Case And Warns Not To Enter The Court System And Help End The Corruption Oct 27, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Monica Griego from New Mexico back to the show. Monica was last on the show January 8, 2022, Season 2, Episode10, Season 3, Episode #2 and Season 3, Episode 32. She was back on the show to advise the public to stop going into the court in order to end the corruption via CPS. A parent can complete the family services plan, jump through hoops and still not get their child back. With the demands CPS makes on parents they NEVER meet their expectations and NEVER get their children back.
Monica explained what an Affidavit of Status is and how important it is. She also made aware that there are treatment centers for children ages 12-17 and Foster Care is being broadened to accommodate ages 5 through age 26. There was so much information well said in this podcast including judges that do not honor the Constitution nor have accountability along with CPS.
For Monica, CYFD gave her visits back for"trial home visits," which really means the children may go into Foster Care. The "system" must change due to the level of corruption because they are truly evil. Monica knows that she trusts in God, who gave us this earth and God does not change. Augustus Vaughn, Author, Discusses How Arranged Marriages Can Be A Good Thing In A Spiritual Home And Personality Disorders Oct 26, 2022

Slam the Gavel Podcast welcomes Augustus Vaughn from Beverly Hills California. Augustus was last on the show on September 22, 2022 Season 3, Episode 112.
Augustus was featured at every "open mic" poetry venue he could find until the state of Oklahoma was no longer a task to the young poet. So Augustus was once more drawn back to the state of California where he would do charity work and discover what issues needed close attention in his area. Eventually he realized that these issues were not just in his area, but nationwide, so he decided to write his first book, "The Bad Boy."
Today we discussed the pros and cons of arranged marriages and gave some statistics from an article, "27 Shocking Arranged Marriages Statistics," written by Brandon Gaille in May 20th, 2017. This was a fascinating discussion and we talked about how these marriages would work if they were a "God based" institution. Augustus explained that the root cause is that there is no Daddy at home. The home has fallen apart with barely any Godly principles.
We also talked about Personality Disorders and how this can affect relationships and a marriage and that a Personality Disorder can come down to a person's will.
Great conversation about how God is left out of the schools and more prisons are being built. There was a disturbing correlation pointed out in the podcast between prisons and schools.

Patriot Mom And Dad Speak Out On Fraud Upon The Court And Typical Texas Fear Tactics Oct 25, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Patriot Parents to discuss their update to their march against CPS corruption. DFPS has failed the families of Texas. The Texas Special Committee on DFPS has also failed to hear the parents and their children.
We discussed how the court convicts once a week based on hearsay. The fear tactics used in Texas against Patriot Dad, is abnormal and has become the norm for Texas judges. Patriot Dad stated his Trial has been moved to January 9th, 2023, and he will stand his ground. The most disturbing feature of this trial is that coaches will be brought in for the children so they will know what to say in court. This is just is just a taste of Texas justice system.
Patriot Mom and Dad explained that CPS is a 53 billion dollar a year business in Texas alone and makes more money than a South American drug cartel. The courts define, "best interest of the child," to be a blanket statement to terminate a parent's rights as well as using the police as a "tool," to abscond with children.
Patriot Dad recommends that if anyone faces a termination trial, your attorney will try to talk you out of a jury trial--do not let him do that. Do not put your life in the hands of a judge alone. Patriot Mom finished with a paragraph from the book, "Behold A Pale Horse," By Will Cooper and she also stated that, "our family is among the forgotten."

Toby has become an advocate of defending freedom and exercising individual responsibility as a result of an unjust divorce and child support process. Toby is the son of a retired USAF MSgt. and was born at RAF Lakenheath, England. Being raised in a Christian home, Toby accepted the Lord as his Savior at age five. He has four daughters and one son. In his book, Toby explains what has become common place today was practically unheard of decades ago. The State's war against the family via divorce and the child support system where many are unjustly suffering. Toby shared his personal divorce experience and the permanent scars caused by the government intervening in their lives. Her passion is working with Trauma Survivors (individuals, providers and systems ), through offering self-guided, self-paced journeys that point towards Harnessing the Power of Our Own Internal GPS, Wielding Our Survival Skills and Building Armor Strategically to improve Quality of Life, Effectiveness and Sustainability for all and dig into our Birthright to Our Power and Joy. What has impacted her work the most is her own Trauma Transformations and Utilization of Universal Laws in everyday life. We discussed how she loves working with trauma survivors and the shame that keeps them small. Laurie also mentioned a book, "The Myth of Normal, Trauma, illness & Healing In A Toxic Culture," by Gabor Mate, MD. Laurie discussed how trauma causes shame and, "you're not allowed to feel these things." If we don't look at these things we cannot heal, and it is victimization over and over again. If we don't talk about these experiences we won't get the job done which is healing. We have worth and value and to claim meaning in purpose in the face of trauma is the only way to begin healing. Attorney T. Matt Phillips Explains How Judges Acted In Clear Absence Of Jurisdiction In His Case And Now The Judges Are Personally Liable For A Lawsuit Oct 23, 2022

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney T. Matthew Phillips. He is a California attorney for well over 20-plus years. The discussion was explained extremely well how Family Courts wrongfully allow judges to convict parents on criminal statutes, despite the fact that the accused parents are never actually indicted on such criminal statutes—which means the judges lack legal authority, (subject-matter jurisdiction) to find and conclude that parents violate criminal statutes, which violates “due process.”
Family Courts wrongfully allow parents—in their custody hearings—to play the dual roles of “victim” and “special prosecutor,” and further, it wrongfully allows parents to privately bring criminal causes-of-action against one another—which violates the accused parent’s right to a “fair trial.” Especially when there are false accusations involved.
Attorney Phillips explained how Family courts wrongfully allow judges to try and convict parents on criminal statutes—based on too low an evidentiary standard— i.e., the “clear and convincing” standard—instead of the constitutional standard for criminal statutes, i.e., “beyond a reasonable doubt,” which is unconstitutional.
Family courts wrongfully allow judges to conclude that parents violate criminal statutes—despite the fact that such parents have never actually been found guilty, i.e., no “presumption of innocence,” which is unconstitutional.
The unconstitutional Family courts wrongfully allow judges to try and convict parents on criminal statutes—with no “trial by jury," which is extremely frustrating for parents when losing their children due to false allegations whether CPS is involved or not.
Very insightful conversation not to be missed.
