I use to be so confused about my gut and the feeling I would get about men. Why did I feel like 'he is not for me' and I don't have a tangible reason? What does the gut feeling actually mean? Am I too picky? I had to learn what it meant to listen to my gut and how to use it to detect the people who aren't for me. Energy is real and we have to start trusting ourselves. The guy feeling is your God voice.

Sick of being played? Shanice explains how she got ghosted after she drove 2 hours to meet up with a guy who never showed.

Through her story she shares 4 tips on how to better gage if a man is playing you or not.

(1) Stop giving men the benefit of the doubt.

(2) Those stupid rules you make for you not to come off as “annoying” to a man —stop with the rules.

(3) Ask all the questions. Being afraid to ask the questions puts you in situations you didn’t ask for.

(4) Listen to your gut. Stop looking for ‘evidence.’

Why don’t you believe you?

And then because of that story she met her fiancé and yes, he slid into her DMs.
