Krysten Sjogren is an interior stylist with over ten years of experience in residential and hospitality and a seasoned 15-year marketer who made her mark in the short-term rental world by transforming around 100 properties. In 2017, Krysten and her husband, Michael, founded Occupied, LLC, a national short-term rental and management company. They have a portfolio of 100 short-term rental properties across four states, including two boutique hotels on Boston’s North Shore. With a background in designing interiors for multi-family communities, Krysten shifted her focus to updating the properties in their portfolio. This quickly expanded as she realized she was passionate about helping other hosts bring their tired listings to life. In 2020, Krysten founded On Design Interiors LLC, a boutique interior design studio specializing in curating short-term rentals, boutique hotels, multi-family apartment communities, model homes, and commercial spaces. Her designs have been featured by major brands nationwide, including Wayfair, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Ashley Home Stores, and Sherwin Williams. She now leads a team of stylists to execute their ever-growing list of new projects.

After 17 years of being together, middle school sweethearts Kyle and Allie Fugatt embarked on an exciting journey into real estate in 2019. With Kyle's background as an Electrical Engineer for a large European Firm and Allie's experience as a high school science teacher, the couple initially pursued long-term rental investments before taking their business venture in a new direction - short-term rentals - in 2021. Fast forward sixteen months later, and both have retired from their respective careers to pursue investing full-time. Now, Kyle and Allie cohost over 15 properties, own a boutique hotel, own a construction and holdings company, and run a capital-raising company for large STR investment properties. This power duo has certainly made strides with each passing year yet continues making remarkable achievements along the way.

They went from climbing the corporate ladder to managing a multi-million dollar STR portfolio in two years. Tony J. Robinson is a Real Estate Investor, the co-host of The Real Estate Robinsons YouTube channel, and the co-host of the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Rookie Show. Tony has experience in long-distance real estate investing, the BRRRR strategy, real estate partnerships, and short-term rentals. Tony defied all odds as a young black male who became a father at 16, quickly scaled the corporate ladder at companies like Tesla, and has become a full-time real estate investor growing his portfolio to 30 short-term rentals in the last two years. Sara Robinson is a Real Estate Investor, and she and her husband, Tony J Robinson, co-host “The Real Estate Robinsons” YouTube channel, where they share the behind-the-scenes work of their short-term rental & flipping business. She was initially disinterested in being a part of her husband's real estate journey but got fully on board when he decided to focus on STRs. Sara knew her natural people skills, customer service experience, and desire to design spaces were perfect qualities to help grow their STR portfolio together as a team! She oversees all of their operations and guest communication and is the queen of making STR hosting relatable on social media.
