    She Just Knows

She Just Knows is a podcast about real life. The messy, beautiful, confusing, meaningful journey of being a woman in today’s world.
Hosted by Katrina Lelli, this show is where the everyday meets the sacred. Where motherhood, relationships, emotions, identity shifts, and ordinary moments collide with intuition, personal growth, and the quiet inner knowing that guides us through it all.
Life isn’t just about having it all figured out. It’s about learning to listen to yourself while you’re living it.
Some episodes will explore spirituality, healing, and self-trust. Others will dive into the raw realities of motherhood, relationships, personal change, and navigating the seasons of life that crack us open and invite us to grow. This is a space for honest conversations about what it means to be human….the highs, the doubts, the laughter, the “what am I even doing?” moments, and the unexpected wisdom that comes when we slow down long enough to hear ourselves again.
    No pretending.
    No perfect formulas.
Just real talk, raw stories, and soul truths.
Somewhere beneath the noise of the world, the pressure to perform, and the roles we’ve learned to play…she just knows. And so do you.

    I Never Thought I'd Come Back to Church… But I Did Mar 27, 2026
    Show notes

In this episode, I'm sharing a deeper look into my faith journey — how my relationship with God has evolved over the years, and how I found myself back in church when I never thought I would.

From growing up without religion, to finding spirituality through sobriety and the rooms of AA, to exploring different beliefs, practices, and teachers… and ultimately returning to church in a way that feels aligned, personal, and real.

This isn't about having the "right" beliefs. It's about discovering your own relationship with God — and allowing it to evolve.

    We talk about:

    • growing up without religion

    • being resistant to being told what to believe

    • how AA introduced me to a higher power

    • learning surrender and letting go of control

    • exploring spirituality outside of religion

    • walking away from church and what that brought up

    • returning to church in an unexpected way

    • navigating faith while still holding your own beliefs

    • overthinking, control, and coming back to simplicity

    • when spiritual "work" becomes too much

    • remembering to actually live your life

    • and trusting that you are supported — even when life feels hard

This episode is for you if you've ever:

    • questioned religion

    • explored spirituality in your own way

    • felt disconnected and are finding your way back

    • or feel like you're "doing all the things"… but something still isn't shifting

Because sometimes… it's not about doing more.

It's about softening, letting go, and remembering you're already supported.

The Year Everything Fell Apart… and Came Back Together Mar 14, 2026
    Show notes

After months away from the mic, I'm finally back — and so much has changed.

In this episode, I'm sharing a glimpse into what life has looked like behind the scenes since last fall: walking through a season of separation in my marriage, navigating long-distance life with my husband now living in Texas, learning how to let go of control, and discovering what it really means to live from self-trust instead of self-fixing.

This past year has held grief, surrender, refinement, healing, and unexpected beauty. I talk about what it looked like to set down the constant pressure to "do the work," stop trying to force outcomes, and instead let God meet me in the middle of real life — motherhood, marriage, health, work, identity shifts, and all.

This isn't a step-by-step story or a neat before-and-after. It's an honest conversation about what happens when life unravels, your heart softens, and you begin to realize that healing isn't always about doing more — sometimes it's about finally letting yourself live.

    In this episode, I share:

    • the journey of separation and what shifted in my marriage

    • what this season taught me about codependency, surrender, and self-trust

    • how my health journey became part of my healing

    • why I stepped back from business, coaching, and the pressure to perform

    • what it means to integrate the work instead of constantly chasing healing

    • why I'm returning to the podcast with a more grounded, real-life approach

If you're in a season of transition, uncertainty, or deep personal change, this one is for you.

Letting Life Be Organic (and Trusting the Good When It's Here) Sep 04, 2025
    Show notes

In this episode of She Just Knows, Katrina Lelli invites you into a real-time reflection on life, motherhood, and allowing the good to be enough.

She shares what it's been like having teenagers entering their junior year of high school (how?!), the surreal feeling of watching them move toward adulthood, and how it's all stirring up both awe and upper limit edges.

Katrina also explores how we often feel pressure to make big decisions or initiate change when life feels really good—but maybe the invitation is to stay, soften, and expand right where you are.

This episode is a reminder that things don't always have to be rushed, planned, or pushed. The podcast, like life, is unfolding organically—and that's more than okay.

    💫 Inside this episode:
    • The weird magic of parenting teens who are almost adults

    • What "upper limit" resistance looks like when life feels good

    • Letting yourself chill without needing to pivot

    • Trusting your timing (and releasing pressure to produce weekly episodes)

    • Why expansion doesn't always require reinvention

This one's for the woman learning to stay with the sweetness, the stillness, and the slow unfolding of her becoming.

You Already Know: Building Trust in Your Intuition Through Everyday Life Aug 20, 2025
    Show notes

In this deeply honest episode of She Just Knows, Katrina Lelli shares real-life moments like buying cars for her teens and navigating a major life transition that highlight the power of trusting yourself.

She unpacks what it really means to follow your intuition, how to discern between fear and truth, and how building this "spidey sense" muscle happens through the small, everyday decisions we make. This isn't about cosmic leaps or spiritual bypassing this is about real-life alignment for women who are waking up to their own power.

If you've ever struggled with overthinking, people-pleasing, or waiting for someone else to tell you what to do, this episode is the permission slip your soul has been waiting for. Because when you truly listen to yourself, you cannot fail.

🌀 In this episode, Katrina shares: • What intuitive "nudges" actually feel like in your body • Why listening to yourself is the most radical act of sovereignty • Real stories of trusting her gut—even when it didn't make sense • How to stop looking to others to validate your path • Why your small, everyday choices are creating your future

This is an episode for every woman who's ready to come home to herself and live life her own damn way.

Coming Home to My Body: How Choosing Myself Changed Everything Aug 14, 2025
    Show notes

In this deeply honest and soul-baring episode of She Just Knows, Katrina Lelli shares the full arc of her health journey—one rooted not in perfection, but in devotion. What started with frustration, burnout, and disconnection from her body has become a powerful return to self, built on daily choices, real grace, and unwavering commitment.

She opens up about years of trying all the things—diets, shakes, gym routines—only to end up discouraged and unseen. But everything began to shift when she chose herself from love, not shame. With the support of Dr. Jenn Chrisman and her own fierce willingness to show up, Katrina embraced radical change: from elimination diets to learning macros, from ground beef breakfasts to home strength training.

This episode is a living example of what it means to stay the course, even when it's messy, slow, or imperfect. It's about learning to nourish—not punish—your body, releasing all-or-nothing thinking, and finally seeing yourself as powerful, beautiful, and whole.

If you've ever felt stuck in your body, disconnected from your worth, or overwhelmed by the noise of how to "fix" yourself—this is your reminder:

You are not broken. And the most transformative thing you can do is start—again, with love.

    • Unraveling inherited beliefs about her body

    • Breaking free from shame, old identity, and diet culture

    • Learning how to tune out the noise and come back to her inner knowing

    • Choosing herself—not to prove anything, but to honor everything

    • What it feels like to want to look in the mirror again

    • Healing your relationship with food through nourishment, not restriction

EP189 Embracing Discomfort: Living in the Culture of Fun, Fast & Easy with Melanie Tingey Feb 27, 2024
    Show notes

Today, we're diving into a juicy topic inspired by none other than the fabulous Brene Brown reel that's been making the rounds on Instagram. Joining Katrina is the wonderful Melanie Tingey, a leadership and personal development coach and host of the Embodied and Empowered Podcast. They're unpacking the idea that we're living in a culture of "fun, fast, and easy," where discomfort seems to be the last thing on anyone's agenda.

They kick things off by exploring why it's so darn tempting for people to avoid discomfort and opt for the path of least resistance. Melanie and Katrina chat about the difference between discomfort when it's aligned with your goals and values versus when it's not, and how that plays into your choices.

But here's the thing: They're not here to bash discomfort. In fact, they are flipping the script and embracing it! These ladies dive into the fear that often accompanies discomfort and what happens when we lean into it instead of shying away. Spoiler alert: growth, resilience, and some serious life lessons are involved!

And hey, sometimes we get so caught up in hustling and grinding that we forget to savor the journey. Melanie and Katrina discuss how important it is to strike a balance between doing the work and enjoying the process. After all, life's too short not to find joy in the journey, right?
