He lives in Rhode Island and always had the passion to do real estate investing as early as Junior High School. He graduated college in the year 2010 with a degree in finance at Ohio University. In the year 2012, he purchased his first multi-family property and started doing flips and found out that he was good at talking to tired landlords. In December 2014, he received a bad year-end review and decided to launch a property management company. Jimmy Murray now has 700 units under management in Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts.

She stayed with the company for almost 12 years, but half-way through her career, she realized that it wasn't a good option for her to keep waiting for a promotion. So, she decided to start looking for something that would be worth her effort to impact her financial future. She chose to go full-time in real estate: finding, designing and renovating properties. Amber has already flipped over 150 houses now.
