Understanding support and resistance levels is critical for profitable crypto trading. Even if you don't trade crypto it can very beneficial to understand this trading fundamental to determine important price areas where you can manage your portfolio. So let's learn about trend lines, peaks and valleys, daily/weekly/monthly levels, moving averages and Fibonacci levels!

the fourth fib level is 0.786 and is square root of the golden ratio (0.618). I said it incorrectly.

The 2022 Black Swan event is happening May 12, 2022

The coordinated attack on the Terra Luna ecosystem will most likely go down in crypto history as a "black swan event". Thirty billion dollars of TVL (total value locked) have been evaporated in an extremely short period of time and it is disrupting the entire market. Even though we most likely where in the beginnings of a bear market anyways this is certainly accelerating the process.

In this week's episode I cover a few different things. Times right now are trying. Both the stock market and crypto in general seem to be in an outright free fall. Next week the Fed will most likely be announcing another half a percent interest rate increase. The majority of investors still consider crypto to be a risk-on asset so there is no significant decoupling of btc and other crypto from traditional stocks. Where do you go from here?

Last episode we discussed how to earn interest on your crypto using centralized platform such as https://nexo.io. Crypto being crypto, there are decentralized methods to earning interest -- called "yield farming". Cutting out the middleman can provide a much higher return on your assets but there are risks we need to discuss.

During today's episode we cover the various ways that defi platforms can provide services that allow you generate that interest. I discuss the four primary ways that interest can be earned on these platforms. And of course we talk about risks of using a decentralized platform.
