Ray Epps, an infamous figure from January 6, will soon face his day in court. Epps was indicted on one count of disorderly or disruptive conduct related to the January 6, 2021, riots. On the other hand, independent journalist Stephen Horn was found guilty in Washington, D.C., today for his involvement on January 6. Horn maintains his innocence, stating that he entered the Capitol not to protest but to document the significant events of that day. The House Oversight Committee is scheduled to hold its first hearing next week on the Biden impeachment inquiry. A House spokesman said, "The hearing will focus on constitutional and legal questions surrounding the president's involvement in corruption and abuse of public office." Human Events senior editor and host of "Human Events Daily" Jack Posobiec has been added to an infamous Ukrainian "kill list" that also includes Elon Musk, Tucker Carlson, and Glenn Greenwald. Posobiec is referred to on the list as an "anti-Ukrainian propagandist" and "provocateur." The U.S. military has located the remains of the F-35 jet that went missing on Sunday.

During a recent interview, Megyn Kelly challenged former President Donald Trump on COVID and his relationship with former NIAID Director Anthony Fauci. Trump has faced criticism from the Right for his handling of the pandemic. While attempting to defend his actions, Trump expressed his belief that he did not receive enough credit for his contributions to the country during the pandemic. President Biden is facing scrutiny for making a false claim about being at Ground Zero the day after 9/11, when in reality, he was in Washington, D.C., on 9/12/2001. Clinton Monroe Ellis-Gilmore, an active member of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, was arrested near a park in California for allegedly publicly exposing himself.

BlazeTV host Chad Prather and contributor Jaco Booyens join the show to discuss how the New Mexico governor overstepped her executive power and attempted to disarm law-abiding citizens by suspending the Second Amendment. Another example of the two-tiered justice system that plagues the country is a North Dakota resident who got five years in prison for killing 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson because he believed the teenager was a "Republican extremist." Shannon Brandt drove over the teen and initially failed to call the police. Brandt left Ellingson to die alone but later called the authorities to tell them what he had done. President Joe Biden bailed on 9/11 survivors today, choosing to speak in Alaska over visiting one of the three sites that were attacked 22 years ago. This was the first time that a sitting president did not appear at any of the locations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, or New York.

Hunter Biden Facing Prison Time?! New Indictment Is LOOMING | 9/7/23 Sep 07, 2023

BlazeTV host Pat Gray and contributor Jaco Booyens join the show to discuss special counsel David Weiss' latest effort to indict President Joe Biden's son Hunter. Weiss cited the Speedy Trial Act, which will allow him to get an indictment from a grand jury by the end of the month. Hunter's attorney still remains positive that the gun charge agreement, which could possibly keep Hunter out of jail, will stick. Allegations that Barack Obama had a sexual affair with Larry Sinclair back in 1999 have resurfaced this week after Tucker Carlson interviewed Sinclair on his X show last night. A federal judge in Texas gave Biden a big win this week by forcing Texas Governor Greg Abbott to remove the buoy barrier from the Rio Grande. Governor Abbott’s office said it plans to appeal the ruling. New York City Mayor Eric Adams spoke at a town hall last night and bashed President Biden’s immigration policies and warned that the migrant crisis is destroying his city. Suspended Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's impeachment trial hearing is heating up as it goes into a third day. Paxton faces 20 articles of impeachment from the Republican-controlled Texas House, but the Senate adopted only 16 of the 20. Paxton is in the fight of his life, defending himself against accusations of disregard of duty, constitutional bribery, conspiracy, and dereliction of duty. Georgia Republican Attorney General Chris Carr announced Tuesday that he has indicted 61 radicals from the Defend the Atlanta Forest group under the same RICO statute that DA Fani Willis used to charge Trump.

Comer demanded that the National Archives provide his committee unrestricted, unredacted special access to a series of records reportedly relating to the Office of the Vice President colluding with Hunter Biden’s business associates during Joe Biden’s tenure. Allegedly, the FBI leaked false information to the New York Times, claiming that allegations against Hunter Biden came from Rudy Giuliani. That false information was then forwarded to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss to throw off his investigation into Hunter Biden’s tax fraud. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a Washington-based watchdog group, filed a lawsuit to keep former President Donald Trump off the 2024 Colorado ballot. The United States Supreme Court is set to hear later this month a case that would decide whether Trump will be kicked off the ballot.
