This bill allows the state to withhold information from parents about child sex-change surgeries. America First Legal argues that the law violates parents' fundamental rights under the United States Constitution to direct the care and upbringing of their children. The American Medical Association has put forth a proposal advocating for taxpayer subsidies to support uterus transplants for transgender women by footing the bill worth $300,000. The world's top chess federation has banned trans women from all-female contests, claiming that they have an unfair advantage. Sara interviews Georgia state Sen. Colton Moore (R), who initiated a potential move toward the impeachment of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, citing her actions against former President Donald Trump. The investigation could potentially impact the funding of Willis' Trump-related inquiry and even lead to her impeachment. The 13 charges against Trump, brought by a Georgia grand jury, are substantial and carry a potential combined sentence of 76.5 years in state prison if convicted. The Biden administration is reportedly exploring the possibility of plea agreements for the alleged mastermind and four other associates behind the attacks of September 11, 2001, potentially sparing them from the death penalty. Biden highlighted his "Bidenomics" vision and asserted that the U.S. has the strongest economy globally. The homeless population in the U.S. has experienced its largest spike on record this year, with a roughly 11% increase, marking the largest jump in over 15 years of tracked data. Dr. Diane Ehrensaft, the chief psychologist and director of mental health at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital's gender development center in California, has claimed that children can identify as "gender hybrids" among other terms. Another term she mentions is "gender minotaur," which refers to a child identifying as one gender on top and another on their bottom half, inspired by the Greek mythological creature. The state of Texas is suing Planned Parenthood, and the organization argued that it may go out of business if the lawsuit is successful. YouTube's recent announcement introduces a new policy framework aimed at addressing "medical misinformation" present on its platform. The video-sharing company outlined its long-term vision for policies related to medical misinformation, specifically focusing on content related to cancer treatments and other health-related information.

The indictment alleges conspiracy to unlawfully change the election outcome. Donald Trump – along with a group of individuals including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Jenna Ellis – has been indicted in connection with an investigation into the 2020 election in Georgia. The indictment asserts that Trump and the other defendants knowingly participated in a conspiracy to change the election outcome, which ultimately favored Trump, despite his loss in the state. Attorneys representing Hunter Biden have asserted that a pretrial diversion agreement, signed by federal prosecutors, remains legally binding despite the breakdown of a plea deal. Special counsel David Weiss recently sought to vacate charges against Hunter Biden in Delaware to potentially refile them in other jurisdictions due to an impasse in negotiations. However, Biden's legal team maintains that Hunter intends to adhere to the terms of the diversion agreement executed during a July 26 hearing, arguing its validity and binding nature. Wildfires swept through Hawaii last week, killing nearly 100 people and leaving thousands of people missing or homeless. President Biden, when asked whether he would comment on the fires, told the press, "No comment." Biden has no plans yet to visit Maui but is offering government assistance to the people.

Trump pleaded not guilty to four counts related to January 6. Tucker Carlson sat down with Hunter Biden’s ex-best friend Devon Archer in the latest episode of "Tucker on Twitter." Archer, who testified before Congress on Monday, told Carlson that Biden was on more than 20 phone calls during business meetings with his son Hunter. Archer called this an “abuse of power.” In a recent, closed-door congressional hearing, Archer reportedly revealed new details about the business dealings of the Biden family. Joe Biden, the vice president at the time, was present for two dinners with foreign business partners as well as government officials from Russia and Kazakhstan. While officials claim a need for privacy during an ongoing investigation, critics argue that the lack of transparency may be unwarranted given the apparent absence of foul play.

Blaze Media editor in chief Matthew Peterson and BlazeTV media critic Rob Eno join the show today to discuss the liberal media's reaction to Devon Archer's testimony in Congress yesterday. The New York Times claimed that President Joe Biden's interactions with his son Hunter Biden's business partners are a well-known fact. But that directly goes against President Biden's claim in 2019 that he never once discussed business with his son Hunter. On the cable news side, CNN reported that Archer testified that Hunter Biden was selling the "illusion" of access to his father. MSNBC seemed to think the Republicans were just making up reasons to impeach Biden and that they had no evidence of any wrongdoing. Harrison Tinsley, a San Francisco resident, is in a challenging custody battle with his ex-girlfriend for his 3-year-old son, Sawyer, whose mother identifies as non-binary and is raising the child to be non-binary as well. Harrison Tinsley is seeking full custody of his son and has concerns not only about gender confusion but also about the child's immediate safety, as Sawyer's mother has a history of mental health issues and a previous arrest for felony child endangerment. Despite these concerns, the custody arrangement currently stands at 50-50 between the parents.
