EP40: Getting into the Rhythm of Dating For Type-A’s + Other Go-Getters with Erin Wells Oct 13, 2016
    Show notes

Today on the show, I have Erin Wells. She’s The Intentionality Expert, Productivity Strategist and founder of Chosen Course. But I invited her onto the show today because she so eloquently is able to relay what she teaches in her business to dating. And, I’ve been around the block a time or two in the field of self-development, and what she had to share still blew my mind.

Here’s what you’ll learn when you listen in:

    • How Erin met her husband at a “How to Find Your Ideal Mate” seminar
    • The difference between taking a conscious break from dating + copping out
    • Why your (mad) skills that got you far everywhere else in your life won’t work in dating
    • The question{s} to ask yourself if you find yourself asking, “Why can’t I have a relationship like hers?” or “Why do only the creepy guys like me?”
    • How to avoid dating burnout

    About Erin

Erin Elizabeth Wells is The Intentionality Expert, Productivity Strategist and founder of Chosen Course [www.ChosenCourse.com], a professional productivity consulting and training firm. Erin helps high achievers, entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and influencers to improve their productivity, focus, and effectiveness in their work and daily life. In this episode of Date Yourself Radio, I invited a fellow yoga teacher + travel addict Meg Townsend to share how traveling for her became a tool for self-exploration, self-love, and self-acceptance.

    About Meg:

Meg Townsend loves breathing in life to its fullest potential and she experiences that through traveling the world, exploring her creative gifts as an opera singer, tending to her urban garden, going on photography adventures, and teaching yoga. She has combined her love of yoga with her love of the world, and guides adventurous souls around the world with the company she co-founded: Aluna Adventures.

EP37: 4 Dating Mindset Mistakes That Keep You Attracting the Wrong Relationships Sep 14, 2016
    Show notes

If you’re dating, and looking to attract your ideal partner, it can be frustrating + demoralizing when it seems like everyone around you is a couple.

Maybe you’ve tried the same dating sites as your friends. Maybe you’ve followed the texting advice on those sites, used those words to “keep him interested.”

Here’s the truth: You CAN learn how to play the game better. You CAN learn little scripts or texts that’ll provoke curiosity to make him want more. But if he’s not the right match for you, then why does it matter if you get that 2nd date?

I find there to be 4 mindset mistakes most women make when dating.

In this episode, I’m going to lay them out for you, show you how they work against you, and what mindset beliefs to replace them with. This will not only make dating feel more fun + less icky, but will more quickly attract the RIGHT relationship to you.

YOUR NEXT STEP: Enrollment for the Dating Mindset Bootcamp opens on September 15th. The Bootcamp is a 9-week online group coaching program and community to help you uncomplicate dating and attract your ideal relationship.

EP36: 10 Underrated Ways To Attract Your Ideal Relationship Sep 08, 2016
    Show notes

The question I get asked a lot is “What is Dating Yourself”?

Let me tell you what it isn’t. It’s not about staying single or learning how to be okay with being alone.

I’m also not another person telling you how to ‘get’ the guy, I want to be really clear:

    You aren’t broken.

    There’s nothing wrong with you.

You aren’t fundamentally flawed in some way, and,

You certainly aren’t destined to be single forever.

Dating Yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself and for your relationship (future or current).

In just a few days, I'm starting my Date Yourself Challenge + I want you to sign up now by heading over to veronica grant.com/dateyourselfchallenge. When you sign up you'll get one simple date to have with yourself every day for 10 days (aka 10 ways!) that'll help you to simplify + uncomplicate dating.

    When you Date Yourself:

    – You can finally stop thinking something is wrong with YOU when a date goes bad

    – You'll attract men you’re interested in + feel safe to be vulnerable with

    – Learn to see each date as a potential opportunity rather than something to stress out about, and be OK with any outcome of the date

    – You stop dating the same emotionally unavailable men over + over, and see a person's true self sooner

    – You no longer dread dating or feel anxious by it

Day 4 features one of my favorite podcast hosts + Date Yourself Radio guest alum, Jessie Artigue. She + her husband cohost another favorite podcast of mine, Marriage is Funny. It’s a funny, thoughtful approach to striving for great love, rather than perfect love. I love the messaging, the candid conversations, and the lessons this hilarious couple learns through their own marriage journey. No matter your relationship status, this podcast is entertaining + inspiring to all.
