hello my loves. to get right into it, this week’s episode of regardless is a total eye-opener. our guest is palak dave, founder of embiria and author of beautiful everydays. palak’s entire career revolves around living in the now—something we’ve subconsciously forgotten how to do in today’s digital world, and especially after living through a global pandemic. from dating apps to sharing every aspect of our lives on social media, we rarely take a step back to reflect on how technology shapes our relationships and experiences. but what if we did? what if we became more energetically open, deepened our connection to the world around us, and truly lived in the moment?
palak built embiria (which literally means experience) after realizing how isolating the cycle of wake up, work, doomscroll, binge a show, sleep, repeat can be. she wanted more—real connection, real experiences, and a sense of community beyond the screen. so, she created a membership community that serves as a space where women can come together, find joy, create experiences, and actually be present in their day-to-day lives. with beautiful everydays, palak takes her mission even further by writing us the ultimate guide to living in the here and now.
