    04-15-26 Part Two - Corporate Tariff Refunds Apr 15, 2026

    In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, President Trump's administration plans to launch next Monday the system it will use for ​issuing refunds to American importers for $166 billion the companies paid in tariffs that ‌the U.S. Supreme Court struck down in February as unlawful. U.S. Customs and Border Protection said, opens new tab in a court filing on Tuesday that it has completed the development of the initial phase of the refund system, known as CAPE. ​The system will consolidate refunds so importers will receive one electronic payment, with ​interest when applicable, rather than processing refunds on an entry-by-entry basis.

    Also inflation numbers from last week, a DC appeals court orders Judge Boasberg to halt Trump contempt probe over deportation flights, Scotland and England fans face paying more than four times the usual prices for train tickets when they travel to World Cup group-stage matches in Boston, Pope Leo's opinion on the Iranian war and catholic's concern for church leadership.

A second round of face-to-face negotiations between Iran and the United States is being discussed. The Associated Press reports that fresh talks could also take place as early as Thursday. President Trump is considering proposing a 6 to 20 year moratorium on any level of military engagement from Iran towards any country, hoping that a generational regime change will transform the Iranian nation.

    Also President Trump criticized Pope Leo XIV for his comments about the Iran conflict. The pontiff later responded by touting he has ‘no fear’ of the president’s administration, Trump's meme depicting himself as Jesus Christ draws backlash from allies including Riley Gaines, the moral demise of Eric Swalwell and Zohran Mamdani’s plan to spend a whopping $30M to open NYC-owned supermarket stuns grocery executives.

    04-10-26 Part Two - The Democratic Dilusion Apr 10, 2026

    In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, the left continues to favor Sharia law in support of Iran despite President Trump's plan to inialate the evil regime.

    Also the Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a self-described "progressive" candidate’s bid to enter Ohio’s Republican primary, leaving in place a decision by state election officials to disqualify him for misrepresenting his party affiliation. Samuel Ronan, a former Democratic state and national candidate, attempted to run as a Republican in Ohio’s 15th Congressional District against GOP incumbent Rep. Mike Carey. To do so, he signed a declaration of candidacy — under penalty of election falsification — swearing he was a member of the Republican Party.

    And NATO’s chief signaled Thursday that European allies may move to help secure the Strait of Hormuz following talks with President Trump — even as the White House declared the alliance had already "failed" and was not being asked to assist. Secretary-General Mark Rutte, speaking at The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute in Washington a day after meeting Trump at the White House, pointed to a potential coalition effort among allied nations to keep the critical waterway open.

    04-09-26 Part One - Enforcing a Ceasefire Apr 09, 2026

    In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, President Trump agreed to a two-week ceasefire with Iran on Tuesday. The move came after talks with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who urged Trump to delay any further U.S. military action while both sides continued to negotiate. The President posted on Truth Social that U.S. military would be on standby until a “REAL AGREEMENT” with Iran is secured. “All U.S. Ships, Aircraft, and Military Personnel, with additional Ammunition, Weaponry, and anything else that is appropriate and necessary for the lethal prosecution and destruction of an already substantially degraded Enemy, will remain in place in, and around, Iran, until such time as the REAL AGREEMENT reached is fully complied with,” Trump wrote.

    Also how the war is interpreted by Gen Z and the appreciation of journalistic reporting, audio from Karoline Leavitt and others on the purpose of the war and the atrocities of the Iranian regime, audio from General Dean Caine on Iran's remaining fire power and "war tax resistance" - a protest against the war by not paying their federal income taxes this year.

    In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, a Democratic candidate for a seat in the Georgia House of Representatives said supporters of President Trump should not be allowed to post anything online for four years. Suzanna Karatassos who calls herself a “progressive fighter” on her Instagram page, said in a since-deleted video that when Democrats begin “rebuilding” America, Trump supporters should face “punishment” for their votes.

    Also the market's positive response to the ceasefire with Iran, how the President's ceasefire spared the lives of Iranian leaders (for now), a NY Times post on Amazon forced to hire more delivery drivers and the rules and regulations at The Masters golf tournament.
