After learning earlier in her life that she had a severe fructose intolerance, Terri gradually began eliminating types of foods from her diet until she arrived at what was essentially the carnivore diet. Thanks to her dedication to discovering the solution to her own health issues she was able to arrive at an actionable answer to her problems.
