She wanted to be home with her children! She actually listened to the entire Start Your Preschool book one day in her car instead of going to work! Beverly’s job was stable, but it wasn’t fulfilling. She wanted more time with her family, and she wanted to be her own boss. She wanted to take control of her work life and environment but knew that wasn't possible where she was working.

Preschool All Stars helped get started in her new career Beverly by giving her all the tools and resources she needed to get up and running.

(PAS) Run a K-12 Program Online When You Start a Preschool - with Beth Koenig Mar 18, 2021

If you want to run a K-12 program online, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: Beth Koenig had a nonprofit for people with sensory impairments and autism, but she wanted to expand it to include teaching sign language to preschoolers. She was unsure how to expand her program until she started our online preschool challenge. Now she has a full online program that serves preschool through high school!

Preschool All Stars helped Beth by being her support system and giving her new ideas. Before she joined, she had no idea that she could integrate K-12 education into her program, and now she has an education program in place for preschool through high school. Being able to bounce ideas off others has been invaluable for her as she creates a brand new curriculum and program.

After getting her online SIGN preschool up and running, she was able to expand it to a program for K-12. She is going to be hiring new teachers, and she has so many new ideas for where she wants to take her non-profit and expand her services even more.

You can charge premium tuition by adding value to your preschool, and what better way to offer “more than just preschool” but by offering a Spanish curriculum into your classes! If you’re thinking, “But wait, Joy, I don’t speak Spanish!” Then you’re in luck because today we’ll teach you how to add Spanish into your preschool even if you’ve never taught it or spoken it in your life!

My guest today is the amazing Ana Yavorsky. She started her own preschool back in 2019 and ran it locally for a year before COVID. When she moved online, a whole new world opened and now she’s able to teach hundreds of students with her Spanish curriculum. In fact, she even created a Spanish curriculum for adults!

I met Ana when she messaged me with a great idea. Not many people show up to serve but she did. She shared her eight-week Spanish curriculum for all my Preschool All Stars, completely free to use. The comments have been amazing and we’re so happy to get the opportunity to add so much value to our preschools.

(PAS) Find Your Purpose When You Start a Preschool - with Rebekah Golson Mar 11, 2021

If you want to find your purpose when you’ve lost your way, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: preschool teacher Rebekah Golson felt lost after losing her mother. She knew there was more to life than she was living, but she didn’t know how to overcome the grief she was feeling. After driving 13 hours to attend one of our preschool summits, she finally found her purpose and began to heal as she started her own preschool.

Rebekah always knew she wanted to work with kids; it was her passion and her calling, but she was feeling hopeless, stuck, and finding it harder and harder to get through the day. She had heard of Joy Anderson years ago, but she had never had the confidence to take the next step. After a 13-hour road trip to Joy's preschool summit, she was convinced this was what she needed to do. With Joy's encouragement and a lot of prayers, she decided to start her own online preschool.

My guest is Dr. Casandra Henriquez, a TEDx speaker who's helped thousands of women for the past 11 years as a love coach. She’s also a mom on a mission! We met when I recommended a preschool for her daughter and I soon found out she’s a creative genius.

Casandra is the creator of Zara and Ziggy books that follow the adventures of a little African-American princess and her dog. Casandra was called to create these books because she felt her daughter had no representation in the mainstream culture. Today we discuss diversity, representation, and kids’ stories that celebrate each and every student!

If you want to get paid what you’re worth, listen to today’s Preschool All Stars story: Safaa Elamin had a Master’s degree and a wealth of experience in early childhood education, yet she didn’t get paid nearly enough. She found her niche though when she started teaching online preschool classes in Arabic and on the Quran. Truly, the sky is the limit when you share your talents!

After coming to America, Safaa Elamin spent years working in an early childhood education setting. She started out volunteering at her daughter’s preschool, and eventually ended up as the lead preschool teacher. She loved the work, but even after getting her Master’s degree, she was still not making the money that she knew she deserved.

Today Safaa runs a successful international online preschool for kids ages 3-14. She loves the freedom that having her own business affords her. The extra money, and the ability to meet with students all over the world, gives her such a sense of accomplishment. She has plans of growing her online school and offering even more classes, all with the help of Preschool All Stars!

She prayed for a solution to stay home with him, and she was blessed with her dream job: an opportunity to share her love of God and the Spanish language with preschoolers online!

Kristen now teaches preschoolers in over 10 states and she even has a student in Puerto Rico! She loves sharing her love of God and the Spanish language with her students. Her ability to make her own schedule leaves plenty of time for her family and her other passions, and she couldn't be happier with where she is at on her journey.
