In this weeks episode of POV, Divine discusses the other side of the daddy issues, trust issues spiral. She discusses building systems that allow her to express gratitude and to still see the silver lining even when things are not going well. She talks about balancing heart break, triggers and pain with the ability to still recognize gratitude in her every day life.
She also discusses self sabotaging as a punishment for consistent singledom; anxious, and avoidant attachment vs. the goal of becoming securely attached.
