The Nov. 6 election is in the books and while not every contest is settled yet, we have a good idea of how things played out. Democrats will take the House, as expected, and also as expected, Republicans will keep and increase control of the Senate. That trend played out locally as well.
Republican political consultant and former Sandy Springs City Councilman Gabriel Sterling, DeKalb Strong founder Marjorie Snook, and politician and journalist George Chidi joined the Decaturish podcast to talk about the election results and what they mean for the future of Georgia and the nation. Topics include Stacey Abrams’ political future, the influence of social media on our behavior and whether Democrats can actually win in the South without winning over Trump voters.
