Walk Around - A Quiet Meandering to Galaxy’s Edge from Rope Drop Feb 17, 2024

Show notes

On this brief walk around Disneyland we start just before The Hub to listen to the opening announcement, walk through Frontierland to a super quiet New Orleans Square and into Galaxy’s Edge. I then discover Rise of the Resistance has a delayed open so I retreat back to New Orleans Square.

A lot of this walk had no ambiance beyond people talking in the background. I cut out most of it, but some of the peaceful, more silent parts were left while I hung around Galaxy’s Edge entrance from Critter Country.

Disneyland Paris Railroad - Guest Recording by Jeff Lange Jan 27, 2024

Show notes

Enjoy a full Disneyland Paris Railroad ride from January 2024! This was recorded on video by Jeff Lange of jefflangdvd.com and MouseSteps.com. This is a grand circle tour from Frontierland through Fantasyland and Discoveryland, to Main Street U.S.A. and back to Frontierland. The video version includes views of Sleeping Beauty Castle, Space Mountain and "it's a small world".

I highly recommend checking out the original video linked below as this was shot after a beautiful snow fall. It’s a gorgeous video!

Trader Sam’s / Tangaroa Terrace Exterior Jan 18, 2024

Show notes

Disneyland Hotel’s Trader Sam’s / Tangaroa Terrace exterior BGM.

They were unfortunately doing refurbishment construction on the Monorail Slide Pool while I was sitting here. I moved a little into the recording to the pool side to escape the construction noise, but ended up closer to the dish bussing area. All the more reason to record again someday.

Audio recorded 1/15/24 (MLK Jr. Day) around 10AM.

Queenie & A White Christmas (Rivers of America) Dec 21, 2023

Show notes

Enjoy a couple songs from Queenie and The Jambalaya Jazz Band prior to the schedule start for Believe… In Holiday Magic. Unfortunately, “due to winds high above the Magic Kingdom”, the show was canceled and instead Queenie was followed by just the snow moment. It’s still a lovely moment.
