The 2024 OG Year In Review Dec 25, 2024
    Show notes

Joe Ovies and Joe Giglio look back on the year that was in North Carolina sports. If 2024 proved anything, the surreal can be real when it comes to NC State basketball and UNC football. Sandwiched in-between these incredible events in the Triangle were plenty of moments that provided good #content. The Carolina Hurricanes entered a new phase under Rod Brind'Amour. Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper saw his crown as most embarrassing owner taken by New York Jets owner Woody Johnson, while his football team started looking like an ordinary bad franchise instead of a colossal failure. The ACC spent all year battling an existential crisis. And after months of hype, Cooper Flagg finally arrived at Duke. There's plenty more, as Ovies and Giglio tangentially move through the last 12 months of podcasts.

#specialshoutout to everyone who has participated with OG Triangle Media in 2024. Every download, every comment, every review, every sign up for OG Fans, every call to the OG Sports Phone, and any support of our Corporate Champions matters. We appreciate all of it and we're looking forward to seeing where Triangle sports takes us all in 2025.
