Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe each offer up something on their mind as we look ahead to Week 2. They discuss Jacoby Brissett, the Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt combo and Ashley talks about her takeout on Cade York. You can read it here.

Then Lance Reisland joins the show to give us three things from Sunday's game that stood out to him. He discussed the play of the defense, the Browns' ability to run the ball and the missed opportunities on both sides of the ball.

Cade York rescues the Browns in the opener: Postgame podcast Sep 12, 2022

Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper is about 15 minutes into an interview. He’s just off the practice field, spending extra time to work routes. It’s hot and there’s no shade. He spent the first five minutes of the interview catching his breath between answers.

He’s answering a question about his favorite route and you can tell he’s heard the question plenty of times before. Then he stops.

“Check this out, right?” he says. “All the routes are really the same if you think about it.”

At this point, whether Baker Mayfield said what it was reported he said probably doesn't matter. It's out there and the Browns aren't going to shy away from using.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock, Irie Harris and Dan Labbe delve deeper into this story as Mayfield denied saying what Cynthia Frelund originally reported he said. The problem is it's out there and Browns players probably won't be too forgiving.

How much benefit of the doubt does Mayfield deserve given how often he's had to have backtracking press conferences? What impact will it have on the game regardless of whether it was said or not?

Baker Mayfield unintentionally made headlines on Tuesday when comments he made to NFL Network's Cynthia Frelund came out, via Frelund on a podcast, saying of the Browns he was going to "(expletive) them up."

Kevin Stefanski played it cool. Myles Garrett played it a little less cool. Who do we believe when it comes to using the comments as motivation?

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock, Irie Harris and Dan Labbe discuss that before looking at the initial 53-man roster and what it tells us about the Browns this season.

Then they talk Deshaun Watson's suspension starting, if the NFL should send players away from their teams while they're suspended and turning it forward to Jacoby Brissett for 11 games.
