    In this episode, Martin will be joined by Jordan Sullivan. He is the founder of The Fight Dietitian, a Nutrition and Dietetics company specializing in Combat Sports Nutrition and Performance. Almost 85% of professional combat athletes from Australia and New Zealand, including two reigning UFC World Champions, receive their nutrition from TFD.


    Midway through 2018, TFD launched, and the combat sports nutrition community quickly embraced it. Since then, the most accomplished fighters from Australia and New Zealand have joined team TFD's clientele, including UFC World Champions, Olympians, and National, State, and Local Champions.

    Sal Di Stefano- Optimising Your Body and Mindset


    In this episode, Sal Di Stefano, a personal trainer, is also the co-founder of Mind Pump Media and the co-host of Mind Pump, an internet radio program and podcast devoted to disseminating accurate fitness and health information. Additionally, he created the Muscular Adaptation Programming System (MAPS).
