This time he sends an email to all of his clients about MLB negotiations and somehow it got leaked to the media. I wonder who leaked it (0:06)? Texas Governor Greg Abbott says sports leagues can resume in June and outdoor stadiums can fill at 25% capacity. Let's talk about how this would work, how it can work, and what each owner needs to do to make it work.
