Ken Russell's THE DEVILS Jun 25, 2026

Show notes

Join us as we talk about Ken Russell's masterpiece THE DEVILS with our friend, genius and film scholar Heather Drain. We have covered The Devils a few times, and always with fresh eyes. This time we talk about (not to an annoying degree hopefully, but just a bit) about some of the themes of THE DEVILS; power, corruption, obsession, religion, politics, sex, horniness and more.... And we did all of this, for over 2 1/2 hours

THE CENTERFOLD GIRLS, CRAZY THUNDER ROAD & CANNIBAL ORGY May 14, 2026

Show notes

26 Movies from HELL is an A-Z journey through Cult, Weird, Exploitation and Rare film... one letter at a time. Each episode we take four films that start with the same letter (in order and selected by Dan, Bradley and their guest) and put forth a poll (currently on twitter, we may change this) to help us narrow the discussion to just three films, with the fourth and last place film being thrown into the PIT, never to be heard from again.

This week Dan and Bradley are welcoming the ridiculously nice and questionably hip, the movie genius, Carmelita Valdez McKoy Carmelita on Twitter/X

ONE FROM 1975 Feb 13, 2026

Show notes

This Episode Dan and Bradley talk with their good friend and movie genius Carmelita Valdez McKoy Carmelita on Twitter/X to discuss three rare(ish) films from 1975!

They are all films from 1975, that have less than 100 reviews on Letterboxd. Dan, Bradley and their guest Carmelita each selected a film:

Bradley's film was LIFESPAN

Carmelita's film was A WOMAN POSSESSED

you can watch here: https://youtu.be/m9oI-ofWL3A?si=YcBVU8baLYyAzPVB

Dan's film was: NIGHT OF THE DEVIL BRIDE

No need to watch the films before you listen to the podcast, these movies are mostly pretty confusing and cannot necessarily be spoiled :)

Celebrating the life and films of the great Udo Kier Feb 07, 2026

Show notes

With his unexpected passing, it was mandatory that we gather up some of our good friends/geniuses to get together for an evening talking about and celebrating the great Udo Kier.

Join Dan and Bradley for this fine evening, with their good friends/guests/all-stars Heather, Carmelita and Paul. Big thanks to all of them for joining us and sharing how Udo has impacted them personally through his films and more.

It's a wide ranging discussion, with our usual derailings and discoveries, with just enough time to barely scratch the surface of such a storied life and a career that featured over 200 film credits to his name.
