    This Girl Audra: Recovering from an Unhealthy “Health” Obsession Apr 06, 2016

    Episode 94: Audra is the girl behind “This Girl Audra” on Instagram and Youtube, where she has helped thousands of girls when it comes to diets, hormones, exercise, and finding a healthy balance with food. Certified in both Plant-Based Nutrition and Personal Training, her goal is to spread the news that hating your body, your exercise routine, and your restrictive diet isn’t necessary and there’s more to life than food. She just released her “Get Your Period Handbook,” a 250+ page ebook full of info on periods, hormones, exercise & food, body image, disordered eating, and 25 easy-to-make recipes to get your hormones going again.     What I Learned From YogaLife Thailand Mar 30, 2016

    Episode 93: For the past six years of my life, I have been eager to make my way over to the beautiful country of Thailand. As many of you may know by now, I spent the past two weeks on a yoga retreat with a company called YogaLife Thailand. I got to see elephants, hang with monkeys, meet some exceptional women, have some laughs, go kayaking, hike to a waterfall, go snorkeling, and so much more. I had an amazing experience in Thailand, and I am excited to spend today sharing with you some of the highlights of my trip, and give you an in-depth look at YogaLife so you can decide if this would be a good fit for you too!
