    Cody Sperber aka the “Clever Investor” is a serial killer entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, real estate investor and mentor, founder and CEO of Clever Investor, the real education software company that provides real estate investing education and software applications to investors, and co-founder of the 100 million Academy, an educational platform for entrepreneurs who want to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills.

    Clever Investor was named by INC. 5000 as the #648 fastest growing company (2015), and #685th fastest-growing company (2016). Also, received honors as the #15 Top Education Companies, #17 Top Phoenix Companies, #18 Top AZ Companies, by AZcentral.com as the Top Company to Work for In Arizona (2017), and BEST CEOs by Comparably (2017).

    Cody didn’t come from a rich family and his parents were hard worker individuals. When he was young, he wanted to be a 9th-grade history teacher or marine biologist. In high school, he always got in trouble and fights. Cody didn't know what he wanted to do, therefore, decided to follow in his father's footsteps and joined the U.S. Navy.

    Later, Cody turned into a real estate investor. But it was a challenging journey for him. The momentum fades away when having no deal within 9 months. Fortunately, he found the right mentor who teaches him a lot about real estate and fills in all the missing information. Cody acquired knowledge to increase his skills and capability. He learned the language of real estate and the psychology of dealing with people. With wholesaling, Cody became a millionaire at 28, and multi-millionaire at 30 years old.

    Authenticity and enthusiasm has really helped him succeed in his real estate career. Therefore, he emphasized stop trying to be something you’re not and be authentic. Cody believes that authentic people attract results, good relationships, and build a good rapport. Furthermore, people will respect, listen, and connect to you more with your simplicity and authenticity.

    Cody became clever and nerd in marketing and branding, and how he structures deals. As he figured out how to master the money game, he started losing the excitement of earning more money and buying stuff. Currently, aside from spending more time and experience with his wife and children, and as a man with a good heart, Cody pursues his passion for animal conservation and working with kids.

    He found ways to realize his ambition to be with kids, influence, and impact them. This is through running and funding charities for underprivileged kids, tutoring them, giving school supplies, and helping them develop their ability to play sports!

    The Roadmap To Building A Successful Business And Your Dream Life | Rob Aigner Replay Dec 18, 2020

    In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, a simple and humble guest, Rob Aigner who shares his inspiring story, insights, and some tips on how to build a successful business and achieve your ideal life, how to find the right person for your business, how to stay happy despite failures, how to make the right business decisions, and how to become a whole life millionaire!

    Rob Aigner is a serial entrepreneur, investor, owner, and operator of Keller Williams, a certified trainer, and MAPS Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc, and is a change agent. He has helped countless others make difficult choices and significant changes in their lives while making major pivots on his own.

    In 2002, Rob entered the real estate industry and soon held high-level leadership roles at Keller Williams Realty as CEO of the Beverly Hills location which sold over $1.3 billion of real estate per year. Rob currently has ownership in 8 Keller Williams locations throughout California as well as other businesses.

    Rob is from a family with so many life challenges. Born the son of two holocaust survivors but trials were not a hindrance to step up in life. During his childhood, Rob’s mother has owned a beauty salon, and currently, his parents own apartment buildings. Therefore, Rob was oriented in business at a very young age but didn’t dive into it.

    Until in his late 30’s, Rob was working in the corporate world held executive positions in advertising and marketing where he made a transition into the entertainment space, and finally into real estate. Influenced by Tim Ferriss, Rob got into the business because he wanted to have freedom. Freedom to be his own boss, to work the way he wanted to work, to generate passive income and financial freedom, and more importantly, to have freedom of time to focus on his family, fitness, and health. As to him, time is what he’s appreciating the most.

    Apparently, Rob started in business with a bad economy but got through that and succeeds 12 years later. During his startup, Rob needs to work harder because he was intimidated by the people around him thinking that they were smarter than him. This was a good thing for him to weaponize himself and scale in business.

    Now, Rob owned 10 businesses and is still moving forward towards his goals. He makes sure that he never misses any opportunities and always feels grateful in everything he has right now. As taught by his parents the gratitude, it serves him as a guide especially in his entrepreneurial journey. When failure hits him, gratitude makes him realize that he is still a winner and motivates him to stand up, strive, and never gives up.

    Rob always keeps things simple and minimalistic without shortchanging himself for his family. He makes sure that everything is in balance between himself, his family, and his business. But despite his success, Rob admits that he still has fears today. Still battling it and fighting it every time in business. But through his good habits and practices, he will overcome those fears and in the end, possibly win the game!
