With its third episode, HBO Max and DC Studios’ Lanterns brings the Blackest Night to light on TV since Watchmen (no coincidence). Len sends Vincent Six Degrees toward Elliot Page and Suzy Eddie Izzard. Then we join the world in the delightful discovery of 2016, the transgressive, transformative, fully realized Jackie Shane in all her 50s-60s glory, in the Canadian documentary Any Other Way: The Jackie Shane Story.
