Ep. 258 - The Accidental Circle Reading Mar 19, 2025

In this episode, I share how I ended up as a sitter in a mediumship practice circle who was meant to be receiving readings but ended up reading my partners! Spirit works in mysterious ways. I had just finished work, saw a request on Facebook for a sitter, knew I would be selected, joined the group and then ended up giving two people amazing messages from their loved ones. This experience also left me with a "you go Medium in the Middle!!" experience, as the information I brought through was so specific! A fun experience for me, a teacher, to end up in a mediumship practice circle! Tune in to hear how amazing Spirit was in this super fun mediumship experience.

This episode was inspired by a question from one of my Reiki students. While we were learning to clear our energy in the Reiki Level One course, they asked "Has there ever been anyone's energy you don't want to clear?" This brought up a great conversation about energy, is energy good or bad, do we need to clear energy, how often we should clear our energy and more. This episode discusses this question and reminds you that your boundaries and energetic clearing practices are based on your own comfort levels! Ep. 255 - Don't Drink and Channel, Stay Grounded and Clear Feb 26, 2025

In this episode, I share a story from when I was out at a bar with friends and unexpectedly began to channel the spirit of a loved one – my friend's mom, who had passed. While the connection was meaningful, I quickly realized the importance of keeping mediumship separate from alcohol or any substance that can cloud your energy.
