Ep 277 - Don't Tell The Muggles: Know Your Audience Sep 03, 2025

If you've ever felt eye-rolled for your woowoo stuff, spirit signs, or spiritual development, this episode is your reminder: you're not weird, you've just been talking to muggles. According to Harry Potter, a Muggle is a person who lacks any sort of magical ability and was not born in a magical family. In this episode, I talk about knowing your audience and why "this stuff" isn't for every room, every friend group, or every family chat.

I share how tiny intuitive knowings get dismissed around the wrong people, why it's okay to keep sacred things private using 3 examples that have happened over the last few weeks in my daily life.

We talk about who is safe to share with and when to keep your practice quiet. "This stuff" is important and fun, just don't feel obligated to explain it to people who won't understand.

You aren't weird, you are just talking to the wrong people.

Ep. 276 - A Psychic Told Me To Talk To You Aug 27, 2025

A friend sent me a cryptic text message after she had a psychic reading and said we needed to talk. We met at a tattoo shop, and she told me the psychic said I would know what to say. That conversation cracked open a big aha about how subtle intuitive knowings can be, and how easy it is to miss them.

My friend just turned 40 and is finally choosing to listen, so we walk through what that looks like in real life for her. I also revisit two important stories: the peanut butter story and the car accident story, as a reminder to listen your intuition the first time, don't wait for the shoe to drop.

Six years. Wow! Today, we celebrate 275 episodes and 6 years of The Medium in the Middle Podcast. Thank you for pressing play, sending messages, leaving reviews, and trusting me. I am so grateful that you are here. Thank you for accepting me and my wild mediumship journey with open arms, as I shared my story, like diary entries, over the last six years. This community has carried my show further than I ever imagined.

In this anniversary episode, we travel back to the very beginning. You will hear what I would tell past me, what I see differently now, and the lessons that have shaped my work and my podcast. I am relistening to my own journey, and feeling all the emotions that come with it.

We begin at episode 1 with the original stories of my mediumship development, and here, on episode 275, we have a full-circle moment. I share details in this episode that I didn't even realize were so important 7 years ago.

Ep. 274 - The Wedding Poem from Spirit (Part 2/2) Aug 13, 2025

This episode picks up right where we left off in part 1!

In part 1, I left you at walking over to the memorial stand, and as I approached that stand, the poem instantly made sense, and I knew I had to deliver this message to the Bride.

After that confirmation, I had another family member in spirit appear to say hello, and he made his entrance loud and fast! It took me a moment to realize what was going on, but then I had to practice what I preach - clearing! After getting home from the wedding, the Bride's mother would not let me forget about writing down this poem and getting it to the bride.

This episode will give you chills as everything comes together to wrap up this beautiful story!

I recently attended a family wedding, and in the months leading up to it, I kept hearing a poem-like speech in my head. I knew it was a message from Spirit, specifically, from the bride's late mother.

As the wedding day got closer, the urge to write the poem down grew stronger. Then, at the wedding… everything unfolded.

From unexpected readings, to reconnecting with the bride's family, to seeing a message I didn't know I was responding to, this is a story about how Spirit shows up in the most meaningful ways.

While doing a Reiki session, I was interrupted by a very loud bird outside the window, and it wasn't just a coincidence. This bird wasn't just making noise... it was delivering a message from Spirit without breaking my Spirit boundaries.

In this episode, I share how a client's Dad found a beautiful and unexpected way to show up during our session, how signs from Spirit often appear in the natural world, and why we should never ignore the small (or loud!) things that get our attention.
