In this episode, we are talking about how to move past hearing the word no in a practice session. I share my 3 tips on how to work past a "no" and not let that two-letter word stop you dead in your tracks and ruin your confidence. The first tip is for beginners, the next tip is how to start to practice with the word no, and the third tip is knowing when to push past a no.

In this episode, we're diving into an important foundation of mediumship: how to deliver the information you are receiving. Delivering messages clearly for your sitter is an art form! It is difficult to be a sitter and receive information, and as the medium, it is our job to make sure the information lands.

We need to remember to pay attention to the sitter's needs, how they might be feeling, and how they understand the messages coming through. Being clear and repeating information is important during this learning process.

Welcome to Part 1 of my 4-part series on How to Practice Mediumship! In this episode, we're diving into one of the most important foundations of mediumship: understanding the information you receive.

As the practicing medium, it's your job to not only be the channel, but also the interpreter. That means preparing your sitter for the session, asking the right questions, and staying curious about each piece of information that comes through. We talk about how to explore details with your sitter, like asking, "Why was Grandma's purple hat significant?"—to start learning how Spirit communicates with you.

I also share why practicing mediumship 2–3 times per week is essential when you're developing your abilities. It's through regular practice that patterns emerge, and those patterns are the key to building your confidence and accuracy as a medium.

I went to see an illusionist, and it completely blew my mind. I had to share it with you! I was so amazed, I walked out of the first show and immediately bought tickets for the next night's show. It was that good!

In this episode, I'm recapping the wild, magical, and mind-reading madness that had me (and the whole audience) questioning reality. From sleight of hand to straight-up telepathy, this illusionist delivered a show that had me wondering: Is this magic… or something more?

I also dive into what 25 years of mastering a craft really looks like — the detail, the discipline, and the showmanship. If you love a little mystery, a lot of awe, and the thrill of being totally fooled in the best way, this one's for you.

I highly recommend seeing this kind of show at least once in your life. Just be prepared to pick your jaw up off the floor.

In this episode, I'm sharing a heartfelt story about a father in Spirit who was determined to deliver a Valentine's Day bouquet — and how I found myself buying flowers for a friend on his behalf.

We've all had those moments where we wonder: "Is this really Spirit? Or am I just making it up?" In this episode, I unpack that exact feeling, the persistence Spirit can show when they have a message to share, and the beautiful way this dad made sure his love was felt from the other side.

This story is a reminder that signs, nudges, and intuitive hits are rarely random — and Spirit has its ways of making sure the message gets through.
