A quickie that went longer than expected! Tyler explains to Jeph a drill he had students run last week. 19 Targets. 25 rounds. 5 Minutes. Must hit to move on to next target. Asking how Jeph would attack this problem. How the students did. What was the method that lead to the greatest success in the shortest time. How does this apply to your world? Hunting. Military. LE. Comp. It relates. Efficiency. Speed. Do you need to memorize all targets and DOPE or is there another way? Your mind is your greatest weapon, use it to simplify problems. You must have to see the big picture. Great episode. Great session for learning. Hope y'all enjoy!

Our weekly "Week in review" episode with an emphasis on "What is a professional?". Tyler is solo again so in the absence of Jeph, He rolls through what is currently happening with the Marine Sniper Urban Course he is instructing, things he noticing. Standards need to be met. Who better to set the bar? To top it off, Tyler discusses a video from Social Media where he is breaking down the positions, and asking "Why?", why did he do that? Why would you do that? is there a purpose? Is it a bad habit? These are questions you will need to answer for yourself if you want to improve. Great start to the week! Enjoy!

Working out the new weekly pod format, this is our "Social Media Week in Review!" The good, the bad, the ugly, from the deep pits of the interwebs. Its a dangerous job but someone has to do it. Sharing with you things we find that need to be brought to light for the purpose of learning of course. This episode is packed with "Dont do this at the gym", A standing Tripod Clip of "Could this be better" which also led Tyler & Jeph to a new standard, and finally a video on Carbine to Pistol transitions to "Go to Work".
