Ep 270: Hunkering Down Mar 23, 2020

Show notes

Matt's living the self-isolation dream, while Doree's anxious about everything going on (at least her anxiety made her buy toilet paper early). We hear from several listeners whose IVF procedures have been canceled or delayed and share how we've been occupying our time.

Please call us at 413-461-BABY or email us at mattanddoree@gmail.com or doreeandmatt@gmail.com and let us know how you're doing!

Ep 269: Coronapod Mar 16, 2020

Show notes

We discuss how we're dealing with COVID-19. We also want to hear from you: how are you handling social distancing? If you have to go to work, what's that like? If you're currently doing infertility treatments, what's happening with those? We're here for you! Call us at 413-461-BABY or email us at doreeandmatt@gmail.com or mattanddoree@gmail.com.

This week we also hear a poem (!) about infertility (it's much better than it sounds), get an update from a listener who wrote in two weeks ago, and get some very helpful advice about navigating health insurance vis-a-vis IVF.

Replay: Ep 11: My Two Dads Mar 09, 2020

Show notes

We revisit one of our favorite episodes this week.

Doree and Matt ring in the new year with a very special guest: their friend Marc, who's also using science to have a baby with his husband, Chris. Doree and Matt talk to Marc about selecting an egg donor and a surrogate, how much everything costs ($$$$), what it's like when things don't work out the way you planned, and how to stay sane during the process.

Ep 263: To Mosaic or Not To Mosaic Jan 27, 2020

Show notes

Apologies in advance for the testiness on this ep — turns out that two days before you move out of a house you've lived in for five and a half years is a stressful time! We also hear another perspective on our mosaic dilemma and the estrogen signal goes out for a woman who wants to freeze her eggs, but estrogen gives her horrible migraines. And yet more Homestar Runner fans reveal themselves!
